Great beer AND medical services! You can't beat that. Jim and PenAke have a great little (very little) place with high quality craft beer at fair prices. About 6 on tap. Good variety of IPA's, hazy's and a cider (I believe). Very tasty. AND, a slightly high & empty stomached european walked in and promptly became ill. These guys jumped into action immediately, had him comfortably in a sling chair with medication within minutes. Amazing nurses! Nice job, gentlemen. Go there! But don't get high on an empty...

【2025年6月】 また行きたいなぁ、と思っててなかなか行く機会なかったけど、用事が終わった帰り道だったので再再訪。 やっぱここ、自家醸造のIPAがホント好み。 ●LET'S RELAX HAZY DIPA 8.3% ドンピシャ、ストライクのやつ。苦味がしっかりしていて香りもフレッシュ系。 ●SILENCE HAZY IPA 7.38 上のやつよりも少し軽目なので最初にこっち飲んどけば良かったけど、飲みやすい系だけど口にした時の花に抜ける香りがいい。 料理もちゃんと美味しいし、今度は友達連れて来よう。 【2025年4月①】 以前住んでいたソイの奥にクラフトビールの店をみつけた。抜け道のソイではあるのだけど、ここまで奥に入ってくるのはこの店に行く為じゃないとあり得ない、ある意味隠れ家。 店構えはとてもシンプル。とてもこだわりを表現するか、近未来的な感じが多いクラフトビール店が多い中、居抜き？と何となく思えて、それほど期待が盛り上がることなく入店。 TAPは10種類で、そのうち4銘柄のIPAは店オリジナルだそうだ。 ●COUNTING STAR WestCoast IPA 6.8% 度数高いのにあまり感じさせない軽やかなIPA。苦味はそこまでだけど、いい香り。 ●WIRE ART HAZY DIPA 8.2% これはちゃんと苦いしフレッシュな香りで、モロに自分好み。ダブルできちんと爽やかな香りのホップを使ってくれるのって、なかなか無いんだよなぁ。また明日飲みに行きたい。 ●TUAMUM HAZY TIPA 9.6% トリプルだからか、ちょっと香りが藁っぽい。でもちゃんと美味しい。 料理は北部出身の店主らしく北部料理もあるけど、おススメマークがあったのでSpicy Beef Meatballsを頼んだ。タイだから出来合いのものかなぁと思ってたけど、手作りだし安っぽいケチャップ味でもなく、かなり美味しくて、IPAにもよく合う。 【2025年4月②】 と、タイ人のクラフトビールグループにそう投稿したら、この店来てラープ食べないのは片手落ちだと指摘されて、後日再訪。 ●CALL ME BABE IPA 6.7% スーパーでも売っているCallMePapaと関係あるのか聞いたら、全く無関係だったので注文。苦みも香りもそれほどきつくなく、IPA飲み慣れてない人にはいいかも。→もちろんこの後、前回美味しかったWIRE ART HAZY DIPA 8.2%も行きました。 そして食べろ！と言われてたNorthernLarb。からいけど大丈夫か？と言われたけど、ギリ行ける辛さ。味はどぎつさのない食べやすさで、これまたIPAによく合う。 とりあえず★４だけど、かなりおススメのお店です！
