Himmapana Villas — Hotel in Kamala

After more than 3.5 years we were back and it was like coming home. This time we chose a 3b villa "Terraces" for our 3 week stay. Do you know the feeling when you enter a room and you feel so comfortable right away? We knew from our last visit that the team would do everything possible to ensure that their guests wouldn't miss anything. The villa was perfectly clean, lots of little details have been thought and it all felt so fresh & welcome. The fridge was already filled with our pre-ordered drinks, a visit to the local superstore did the rest and within a short time you are so well equipped that the holidays can start right away. Due to the heaviest rain the island have seen in 50 years - which resulted in flooding in parts of the island and landslides outside of Kamala that took down 5 power poles - there was no electricity for a certain time. The challenged team took care of us so kindly and gave us updates on the situation. They even brought candles to the villa in the evening which not only brightened the mood but also made it very romantic. We also felt so safe with everyone that our daughter wanted to stay alone in the evenings so that we could meet up with our friends for dinner. Not only are we infinitely grateful to the whole team, we would also like to say a big thank you to Thomas. Not only that the communication with him is so great, but also that he was able to help us with a special request and he was therefore responsible to make the trip possible for us as a family. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts & we'll see you ALL again next year...

I rented a four bedroom villa for my husband and his family at Himmapana Villas. It was truly a home away from home. The house had a modern esthetic with clean lines and neutral tones. The walls and doors were modular so that depending on the weather and time of day, we could create a different atmosphere. The pool was very private, calming and inviting with a feature waterfall wall.

Each bedroom was appointed with an ensuite bath so that all of the guests could get ready at their own pace. The beds were comfortable and roomy.

The kitchen played a key role for us to come together in the morning or after a long day at the beach or exploring Phuket.

The property was walking distance for those who were adventurous enough to navigate the winding road into Kamala Beach. The property generously offered a shuttle bus in and out of town. This free service was available by making requests through WhatsApp. We also got a free shuttle from the airport.

Aside from the beauty and convenience of the property, was an exceptional staff. Every request was met with a friendly smile and a highly professional execution. In all honesty I can't gush enough about the people that proudly made our stay remarkable.

Kamala Beach is a low-key and charming alternative to bustling Patong Beach. If you choose this destination, I can't recommend Himmapana Villas enough. If you're planning a visit during the busy season, be certain to book at least 6 months in advance. You'll be glad...

We stayed here for 11 nights recently as a family of four with two young boys. The villas are really spacious, which was great for two active little ones. Being able to open the door straight from the master bedroom or the lounge to the pool was just incredible and the convenience of having our own pool really gave us ample opportunities to relax whilst our little ones nap and play and help teach them some swimming skills when they weren't. Everything is there for you to be able to cook at home in the villa but it's also convenient to order a grab/bolt taxi when going out for the evening. in the daytime, there is a regular free shuttle bus that takes you to the beach - we used this when our boys were feeling too tired to walk, but its not much more than a 10 minute walk otherwise. There's a lovely little coffee shop on the corner of the road (4 min walk) which we visited daily called memory cafe. The staff were fantastic - when we needed them they were always responsive on whatsapp and everything we asked they were able to assist us with a friendly touch. It really does feel like a home away from home. on our last day, our flight wasn't departing until 10pm - they were so kind and flexible and allowed us to check out at 6.30pm when our taxi was picking us up - i'm not sure of too many places that would be so accommodating without charging extra. The price of the villa was exceptional value and we can't wait to return again when we next...
