My family and I stayed at Himmapana Villa Hills (Type A) for 10 days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The first thing that truly wowed us was the breathtaking mountain view—it’s absolutely stunning and set the tone for a relaxing getaway.

The villa itself was beautiful: clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything—from the comfy seating to the beds and pillows—was designed for comfort and style. It really felt like a home away from home.

The service was another highlight. The reception team was extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. Communication was a breeze via WhatsApp, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Their attentiveness made a big difference in our stay.

Each villa comes equipped with a tablet that has all the information you could need—transportation, activities, food delivery, and other services. My kids especially loved the dedicated food delivery app that made ordering meals simple and fun.

Although the villa is set a bit away from the main road, this wasn’t an issue at all since they offer a free shuttle service around the Kamala area. Plus, there are some lovely local cafes and restaurants nearby worth exploring.

Booked a 3-room villa for a bachelorette party for 5 girls, and there was more than enough space for all of us. The villa comes with its own private pool and jacuzzi jets so we could swim in privacy. One downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, so the water was surprisingly cold in the cooler month of January. We could only spend time in the pool when the sun was out.

I really loved the TVs that were placed at an angle on the ceiling in the rooms. It was the perfect angle for watching Netflix while lying on the bed. The rooms were all very spacious and each had their own en-suite bathroom. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash as the ones provided didn’t seem as good - I wasn’t able to wash off my sunscreen with their body wash and the shampoo dried out my hair. The villa itself was perfect for our group. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms was a big plus. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful view. The location was amazing, surrounded by nature and yet close to everything we needed.

The staff at the villa were truly exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, responding promptly on WhatsApp and assisting us with reservations. The daily cleaning service was a big plus, and the laundry option was a lifesaver.

A small suggestion for improvement would be adding towel racks in the bathrooms and maybe expanding the breakfast options.
