Ohlala restaurant — Restaurant in Kamala

My friend was condo hunting and after a disappointing view of this condo that looked much bigger than it actually was … we were at the red light by Ohlala and decided it kinda looked cool 😎 so we Thought 💭 why not pop in here and try it out!

I love the decor it was very eclectic very cool made no sense of anything French. There was Indian sequence tapestries of elephants. There was Tibetan prayer flags. There was a Buddha water fountain, and of course many other different items that were also 50% off if you wanted to buy them, you could.!

I ordered the beef and cheese Panini, my friend ordered the ham and cheese Panini, which were very good size for the price and then we also ordered a Greek salad, which clearly was not a Greek salad so I mentioned to the waitress I said hey this is not a Greek salad and she said that is the type of Greek salad we make here and I was like OK there are no cucumbers and the salad. How is it a Greek salad??

Anyway, we were thought we were peckish, but we’re actually kind of hungry, so we scarfed it down!!

The paninis’s were ok! They hit the spot but disappointed with the “Greek” salad.

Anyway overall the food is good and prices quite reasonable!

I ate at this restaurant yesterday 11/11, everything seemed to go well until I woke up last night with stomach aches and endless vomiting! At the time I am writing this comment the next day I am still sick and can't eat anything without throwing up afterwards! This restaurant is a disgrace for the cuisine and they are endangering people's lives! Luckily there were no children otherwise it could have quickly become very dangerous ⚠️ Go your own way and eat somewhere else!!!

No, it's not impossible, I just put a photo proving that I did eat dinner at your place and at no time did I mention the meat! There are two of us who have been sick and your bad faith is a reflection of the quality of your mediocre cuisine... for your information, we suspect either the chocolate fondants or the pancakes... moreover, after telling friends who live here all year round about our mishap, they weren't surprised and already know...

Today I ordered meat balls they were good as usual, my friend ordered pork chop that was badly cooked and the meat was not fresh, we tried a piece of it and luckily left the rest uneaten. Told about it at checkout, the reaction of restaurant was absolutely disgusting, she was told that the main dish was not fresh and couldn’t be eaten and just responded with okay I’ll inform the kitchen. No apologies, nothing… just like it’s not a big deal for them or common practice. So we paid and left unsatisfied. This is the first time I’ve encountered such disappointment visiting this restaurant, previously everything was good, but now I see that restaurant staff has no problem solving skills and doesn’t care about...
