Villa Paradesa — Hotel in Kamala

I am currently staying in this villa and there is no water (to shower/flush/brush our teeth). We contacted the manager of this villa 8 hours ago and after multiple calls, were told that the water would be replenished within the next 2 hours.

We still don’t have water and the manager is not answering our calls. The only solution at this point (after a long day swimming in the sea) is to rinse ourselves in the swimming pool. To whoever is in charge of this villa, could you please give us a call back.

Also, the air con in one of the rooms is broken but this is a more minor issue.

This has been a very miserable start to our stay in villa...

Nice villa with great at views. Water is an issue as it has to be replenished. We didn't have water (for shower, flush etc) when checked in and water was only supplied the next day. Even when supplied water was dirty with brown residue so do ensure that you check with the villa management...

Stayed there for 2 weeks and everything was perfect.

One note to management, please leave basic guidelines for your customers such as how pool lightning works, when are pool...
