This is probably the most secluded resort on southern Phuket.

Beautiful location. Very picturesque and quiet. Weather permitting there's good snorkeling from the small rocky beach that's most private due to the difficulty of getting access so you won't have the big crowds found on other beaches. There's a good walk around the cape for watching the sunset but be sure to wear suitable shoes, flip-flops are not recommended.

The beachfront room is spectacular for its views but the balcony is adjacent to the next room though fairly well designed there's no privacy. Bed was two single beds put together which is not on par with a honeymoon room. Bathroom is well designed and spacious. Excellent hot water and pressure.

Restaurant was at reception area and offered covered open air seating and outdoor seating.

Breakfast was just okay. Very limited with three set meals available. Fruit buffet of water melon and pineapple. Coffee and tea station was very disappointing as its not fresh Coffee, only instant coffee and a coffee pot with one teabag made for terrible tea. Also the tea was not hot. Staff were quick to remedy the tea issue by bring a hot tea but not very strong.

We had dinner in the restaurant on the night we arrived. Tom yam soup with dory; very dissatisfied with the taste. Pineapple seafood fried rice was oily and not very good as well as a small portion, it was topped with tempura fried squid and prawns that was very oily and soggy, not freshly cooked. Fried mixed vegetables were very oily and salty. Not authentic Thai cuisine and poorly prepared.

Staff were outstanding from checking in to service in the restaurant.

On our first night we were woken at 11pm by the neighbors having a party on their balcony. After midnight they continued to make a lot of noise so we contacted reception and they party subdued but didn't finish until 2am.

I was surprised on checking in that our temperature wasn't checked.

The bathroom didn't have hand soap and when we requested some we were told due to covid cutbacks they were not supplied!? This is outrageous not only considering that we are in the midst of a covid pandemic but after going to the toilet we had no soap to wash our hand so we had to buy our own... There's only one garbage can located next to the toilet. I recommend having a separate garbage can in the living area.

Something in the bedroom was recently painted and there was a residual smell. The room has the most amazing views but the windows could use a regular cleaning. Cable TV was broken.

Despite the negative aspects I can highly recommend this resort but not...

The hotel really is on a very beautiful location in the middle of nowhere. Which is great if you know your way around Thailand and are happy to rent and ride a scooter/Motorbike. If you don't, then be ready to pay a lot for taxi services. The walk to Rawai / Nai Harn Beach in the sun is pain and the shuttle only drives a couple times a day... Also be aware The resort is on a hillside, so if you're not capable of climbing lots of stairs this is definitely the wrong place for you! (honestly!) If these facts don't bother you: Welcome to paradise! A beautiful beach amidst Thai jungle, nature (incl. animals&insects) and some cute bungalows await! (bring deet for mosquitos in the evening outside, inside the rooms have mosquito nets). The beach is nearly empty, picture perfect and the reef is well and alive! Plenty of fish to be observed, definitely bring your snorkeling stuff!

Unfortunately the beach bar is gone and the rooms have not been taken care of in years. So don't expect luxury! Expect camping with a working air conditioning. For your arrival bring water and snacks from airport etc. , the hotel doesn't provide it, especially late in the evening.

We have a feeling that this place will be sold or rebuilt very soon... We didn't care, we only were in the room to sleep and shower. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Make sure to get the natural coconut ice cream in the restaurant! Watermelon shake was amazing too. Currently heavy constriction work right next to the pool and beach, which obviously is annoying. Worse: More rooms means more people, which will definitely kill the charm of the place. We will see how it...

There is a private beach on the territory which is rare for Phuket;|+ The territory itself is very beautiful and great if you wanna lounge amongst the trees;|+ Very private - you will not hear any street/city noise on the territory;|+ While meal selection is not the greatest, it is still decent and you will not be hungry in the morning (however, please ask the person making the eggs to cook them longer - we got half-raw omelette several times);|+ There is tuk-tuk to Nai Harn beach and the closest 7/11 several times a day.||- Be prepared for the 2 hour ride from the Phuket airport - we were not;|- This is not the place for you if you are a first-time traveler. The hotel is too far away from the city or any other popular spots. The taxi from and to the hotel will cost you a lot;|- The rooms are old and you will notice that;|- Room cleaning services are not great - if you are used to hotels doing wet cleaning, then it's not for you;|- Hotel stuff, while very pleasant to talk to, is very slow when it comes to taking requests. We asked for new slippers on day 2 and did not get them (we stayed for 7 nights);|- A lot of stairs. While we did not have any problems, it might cause problems to families with small children and/or...
