Booked with booking-.-com. Pictures are scam. Whole hotel is scam. Cost me 10,000THB just one night (due to cancellation) We have been asked to send deposit 1 month before. My wife phoned there and we have wired just minimum we could which was 4400THB. When we arrived and nobody knows about deposit.?!. This is not acceptable with any business! Luckily having shown their account and printed confirmation from my bank before they demanded 100% money for staying (we didn't know why). The super luxury room was in 3rd floor. Smelly toilet with worms swimming happily inside closed. Shower hose broken - disconnected from tap. There is no sea view. U can see water very far but not beach. This hotel is in bad side - the real Sai Kaew Beach is far. If u want to go to beach u have to use local taxi - some of drivers are so dangerous that I nearly fell off the open truck in 40 km/h to the dusty road. ||This experience cost 200 THB per trip. So if u want to go to beach morning, then back and afternoon again prepare extra 800THB per day. Or walk uphill/downhill 4x 30 min in 35C/95F. No food in this hotel, is better go to the far located beach and pay for proper food 75-120THB instead of overpriced offer of this place. This place is scam. No one who know this island will stay here. Much better option is Guest-house with no windows 6 min from beach than this place. I had to pay 10,000THB for one night (like cancellation) but was very happy to get away from this place. Local people confirmed that 90% visitors run away next day. Is better option to get more expansive resort like Sai Kaew Resort where you can feel as king, with many free extras like: free speed boat from Rayong and at the end back, free national park ticket 200THB, free beds and white umbrellas on private part od Sai Kaew Beach (save 800THB /day), with huge selection of food as free breakfast where u can eat everything. The most expansive resort will cost you same as This scam seaside resort where u have to pay so many extra THB...||In short first and last time in...

The hotel does not look like the pictures at all: it’s worn out and messy, not very clean either. The view from the room is nice but unfortunately it’s not possible to lay on the beach as it’s high tide during daytime.

The staff is friendly but this cannot compensate for the poor quality of the room. They actually gave us an upgrade to a room on the 4th floor, but even that room is not worth €90 (THB4100) per night (imagine the room we booked!).

The bed is super hard, the couch has dirty stains, the plugs are on odd locations in the room. There is no wifi in the room. Minibar is half filled, there is a water cooker but no tea (or coffee) provided.

Worst of all is the bathroom: you take a shower in front of the sink and toilet so after showering the entire bathroom is wet, the water doesn’t flush well so there’s 5cm of dirty water in the bathroom. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom.

It feels like camping in a hotel room, we really regret booking this hotel at the end of our trip.

I also got sick from the Tom Kha Kai soup which contained undercooked chicken.

We feel like this is a rip off and there’s nothing we can do about it. There’s much better places at this price. As a manager I’d be embarrassed to ask such prices.

Overall: very bad value for money. This is a 2* hotel and the prices should be accordingly - at half of the price it would be acceptable but...

"Terrible Experience: The resort staff was extremely unhelpful and rude throughout our stay. We encountered multiple issues with our room, and it took ages for them to address the problems. Not worth the money!"

"Disappointing Amenities: The resort advertised a wide range of amenities, but most of them were either closed for maintenance or didn't live up to the description. False advertising at its worst!"

"Dirty Rooms: Our room was in terrible condition. The bathroom was filthy, and the bedsheets were stained and looked unwashed. It was evident that the cleanliness was severely lacking."

"Noisy and Crowded: The resort was overcrowded with noisy guests, making it impossible to relax or enjoy a peaceful vacation. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms."

"Food Quality: The on-site restaurant served mediocre food at exorbitant prices. We expected a better dining experience at a resort of this caliber."

"Unresponsive Staff: We encountered several issues during our stay, but the staff seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. It felt like they just wanted to get through the day without...

On my way to the hotel I found out my father had just passed. There was literally no time to travel 40hours and make it on time for his send off. Fortunately, with the help of the kind staff and relaxed environment I was able to send my father off in my own way. Two nights before the send off I had an emergency and the staff came running and rushed me to the hospital, covering my fees and transportation. Our stay has been nothing short of amazing. Peaceful and welcoming environment with caring and helpful staff members. I’d definitely recommend this place 👌🏽

Budget accommodation, but I feel the beach front and family rooms are not value for money for the quality. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries. water heater won't function. Booked by agoda, but staff refused the room saying it was double booked, so it would be better to call and confirm the room bookings beforehand. Cleanliness is mediocre, and lizard co exists. Breakfast is average. The location is good, the beach is clean. Staff are polite. Service quality needs to improve. Wifi is not reliable.
