Not bad but not perfect. Booked the sky deluxe room.

Let's Start with the negative aspects: -Location: is not ideal, only a few small massage shops and small restaurants around. -Cleanliness: a few hairs and (unremovable) stains were found in the bathtub and the windows of the hotel rooms did have some stains, blankets were not perfectly white and towels were a bit frayed. -Interior looks partially worn out, small stains in the carpet, furniture has some scratches.

Now to the better part, the positive aspects: -Entrance, Lobby, corridors, elevators had a clean and tidy look. -Staff was very kind, helpful and did well speaking English. -In room dining worked out easily, taking a bit more than 20 minutes for a big Breakfast menu. -Air conditioning: did a great job at keeping the whole rooms temperature at level while being rather quiet in comparison to other ACs I have seen. -Room design: Furniture looks rather modern (even if it is a little worn out) and space is used conveniently. -Big mirrors behind the bed and in the rooms entrance. -Money exchange and 7-eleven nearby. -Free bottled water and tea/coffee making set in room. -Room service does not change towels and bedsheets every day if you do not want that (use less water). -Control for lights/AC next to the bed -Bathrooms equipped with satin robes, an extractable clothing line and the usual hygienic products. -Generally quiet: not much noise from outside or the rooms next door, sound isolation was well done.

Good Hotel in general, would be great if the room cleaning staff could improve on the things mentioned above. Nevertheless had a good time...

A BIG Nooooooooo to this Hotel !!

Hotel Location - Good (Near Market but city and metro view) Welcome and Check in - Average (Booked King Size Bed was given twin sharing) said cannot do anything and obviously no welcome drink offerred. Restuarant (a) - The Glass House Resto - Bad (Pathetic) - Ordered Indian Food after checked have Indian Chef or not, still food was served spoiled one and burnt, we did not have the food, when complained we are charge full and no waiver. Resturant waiters and servers very arrogant. (B) Lobby Lounge - Arrogant and rude staff behaviour ordered coffee which was just fine. Hotel Rooms - Average (Dirty & Smelly Rooms, Bathroom Towels very old and can see strips coming out from all sides.) TV not working, no power plugs by the bed, bathroom accessories rusted and jammed. Beds have bugs. 5.Food - Break Fast has limited options and taste is bad, what you can have is only bread and milk, infact bread is also not fresh, forget about desserts. They serve Indian set menu which I mentioned above is pathetic. TV & 5G Wifi does not work. Check out - Asked for a porter, who came and started throwing the luggage in the trolly, when asked to keep it slowly told me go ahead and complaint.

Overall super Bad hotel to stay, Arrogant and rude staff at all levels starting from Porter to front desk, resto manager.

Indian Agents including online booking websites rate them as 4 star, however is not...

We reached this hotel after visiting Pattaya,Phuket and Krabi where accommodations are pretty big, so at first sight the rooms in this hotel were puny, but later when you get used to it, it's not so bad. Swimming pool is huge. The hotel works very efficiently. They have restaurant, bar, play area, travel desk, conference halls and all other frills.but basically this is not a business establishment, it is a tourist hotel. We've nly had breakfast at this place and it was pretty decent, with Thai, continental and Indian menu. The hotel staff is very professional infact too professional. It's a mammoth when it comes to number of guests and it shows on the staff. At times they look tired and at other they look irritated. Room service is decent, if u make their room dirty, you will get a notice, which is actually a warning,it says pls be aware otherwise you will be fined 2000 TBH fir deep cleaning, whatever deep cleaning. Luckily in my case they did not charge anything. Location is decent, there are money exchange, Indian and other restaurants in near vicinity and also massage centres. It is 6 km from...

I had the pleasure of staying at Eastin Hotel Bangkok, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comforts of home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The staff at Eastin Hotel Bangkok were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of options to suit different tastes. The rooftop pool and bar provided a relaxing oasis with stunning views of the city skyline. I would highly recommend Eastin Hotel Bangkok to anyone visiting the city. Whether it's for business or leisure, you can expect a delightful and seamless experience. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Bangkok! Thank you, Eastin Hotel, for making my stay so memorable!

Good part: -Location was good, 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes in taxi to two shopping centers. Also, there were food street vendors and two 7 11. -Bed was firm and comfortable. -The personal was very helpful and friendly, especially person in the parking space was very attentive and helped us. Front desk helped us too. -They were organized about virus prevention and spreading, and have a good system in place. -Good WiFi in all hotel areas Bad part: -Bed sheets weren't changed, bed had a mattress protector that had blood on it and they didn't change it even when I removed the sheets so they can see it. -Room has a very dirty carpet. -They don't have currency exchange in the hotel as they state online in Booking.com which is a shame because that was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. -Shuttle works only Monday-Friday and not on Holidays. I stayed there for this convenience as well but sadly on a long holliday weekend. -Room was small, I bump into the walls when carrying something.
