I tried to find something I don't like here but wasn't successful. The absolute best thing is that you really get what you pay for: check in to check out is always a full 24 hours. This an extremely great and innovative concept especially for people who arrive for a weekend on Friday evenings. The management is very good, we stayed during a long weekend and considering that the place was packed, everything went very smoothly. The checkin was fast and the staff made sure to give us all important information from the start. If we had to wait during the breakfast it was not more than 5 minutes. All service staff during breakfast were super attentive and worked hard to please everyone. I'm impressed by the good level of organization. For example: We ordered a coffee and our waiter got approached by multiple guests with other requests after us and still remembered to bring the coffee. In my opinion this shows a real service oriented mindset. Staff at the pool bar was also very friendly made us feel welcome. The pool area has a lovely design with a lot of wood and green plants and it was fun to hang out here. The breakfast itself is one of the best I had in Thailand. I am always suspicious of ordering breakfast a la carte because if something is not good it really limits your options, and usually it's rather boring. But here the kitchen is really good, all dishes were delicious (especially the salmon wasabi bread) and the breakfast became a highlight of the day. Also the options of the small buffet were all super good. The kimbab, salmon miso, and bread pudding should not be missed! It's clear that quality comes before quantity and that they focus on what they are doing well. Location is perfect with just two minutes walking distance to the beach. The rooms look just like on the photos and we enjoyed the design as well as the comfortable beds. We'll be back and hope the hotel keeps up with this...
Read moreThe issue is that my my son and his girlfriend visited the rooftop before dinner under the impression that we would receive one free drink for every drink purchased, as part of your promotion. However, when we received the bill, we were charged nearly 1,000 Baht for full-priced drinks, which didn’t seem right. Upon checking the receipt, we noticed that we had been charged the full price for two Espresso Martinis. When I asked about this, the waitress informed us that coffee-based drinks were not included in the happy hour promotion. However, when I asked her to show me where this was stated on the menu, she was unable to find any such restriction. I find this misleading, as we were not informed beforehand, either on the menu or by the staff.
The second issue concerns our two Gin and Tonics. Instead of being charged for one and receiving the second free, the bill separated the components—charging us for two gins and giving us two tonics for free. This pricing structure makes no logical sense. If drinks are being separated in this way, then I should have been charged for one gin (with one free), and one tonic (with one free), rather than paying full price for two gins.
Could you clarify whether this is the standard billing practice at your bar, or if this was an error on the part of the waitress? I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address this issue or offer compensation.
The manager could se the problem and promises to fix it. But when we left 2 days later nothing was fix, no exchuses and no money back.
I am very disappointed that a hotel of this standard will cheat their customers. I will never stay there again if cheating is...
Read moreFound this place when me and my family wanted to get away from BKK for the weekend. Stayed Saturday night and found out they gave us a check out time which was exactly 24 hours after check-in. We checked in 5:30pm Saturday and checked out 5:30pm Sunday. Amazing. Really felt like we got our moneys worth.
Very well decorated and super clean hotel. Good sized rooms and the bathtub was so nice for my 4 year old.
The hotel has a story behind it, which is super interesting to read up on.
The staff went out of their way to really help us. My 4 year old got food poisoning and woke up around 12am vomiting non stop. We had to rush to hospital and the staff were so caring and empathised with us. We had to change our bed sheets twice during the night due to our child's sickness and we were happy to pay for the damaged sheets and mattress protectors. However, at check out they were amazing and said they can understand our situation and we were not charged. So caring!
The breakfast was great. Amazing Eggs Benedict and Salmon and Hong Kong styled noodles. Awesome home roasted coffee they provided during the breakfast too. You have to pay for espresso. Americano is free.
The pool was nice and clean with a great vibe. The staff by the pool were so attentive and kind.
Can't rave enough about this hotel and the staff involved. The manager especially! She was so lovely.
We look forward to coming...
