We arrived at City Park Hotel at 5 a.m. and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We were able to arrange for an early check-in. My travel partner spoke Thai but I noticed over the course of our stay that some staff also spoke English. The service was friendly, always helpful, and never failed to greet us with a smile. We upgraded to a VIP room since the price was very reasonable. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. Air conditioning worked as expected, bed was a king, and bathroom was standard toilet with stand-up shower. Two towels, two washcloths, and soap / shampoo were provided and replenished as needed. The hot water is a little tricky in the shower because the rooms use single on-demand water heaters. If you want warm or hot water you need to reduce the overall flow of water so the hot water is not diluted by excess cool water. Once we figured that out we were satisfied. Read moreWe are Two Canadian's staying in a modern comfortable two twin bed room. The room is clean and tidy. The room is equipped with modern amenities and multi configuration outlets for electronics. The service is prompt. We had laundry services through the hotel and we are super happy how are clothes arrived clean and folded. The location of the hotel is almost perfect. We ate near by at Roof 66. The cafe next to the hotel has a flourless chocolate cake that kicks all of the chocolate cake I have eaten in western Canada. The espresso served is on par with my favorite "illy" brand from Italy.
I can say no more, if you are staying in Phattalung, the City Park Hotel is the best place to stay.
We stayed two nights and caught up on...
Read moreStayed at hotel for 2 nights with my partner and our 2 children and in general was satisfied with our stay. The rooms are quite modern and clean, AC works good, had no issues with WiFi-connection. There are sufficient parking options within the premises of the hotel.||Food options at the hotel are limited, but there are several good breakfast, lunch and dinner options nearby. For example right across the hotel there is a decent (by that standards, not comparable to Hong Kong standards) dim sum place for breakfast. A mere 5 minutes walk from the hotel is one of the most reviewed restaurants in...
