i stayed here several days.
the worst is that the rooms are very poorly noise-isolated. the cleaning maids will wake you up constantly at 7 a.m. by opening all rooms of early leavers, starting chatting, ringing phones with reception and hovering without closing doors. a hospital is close, so you will hear 3-4 times sirens during the night. to me a hotel should guarantee a good sleep (that's what hotels are made for) until 10.00, this one does not since it is NOT willing to discipline their staff.
the second big disadvantage is the distance for a supermarket or 7/11. evenso you can walk in 10 minutes to BTS Bang chak, the nearest 7/11/tops/lotus is quite far (20minutes) to reach, making it hard to get convenient. for a city hotel thats a bit too much for me. also those walking ways are very narrow and not built well. they offer free coffe too but it seems you get what you pay for sonce the 2 of us who drank it(c.p.), both got a throat infection. its not maintained well!!
they charge 3% plus for credit card transactions and request a deposit of 500 baht.
no fitness room but a very bad maintained swimming pool.
there are cheaper and better hotels nearby, especially if you extend the radius 1 station more to either BTS Onnut or BTS Punnawithi.

Read moreUpon check in we both greeted the lady at front desk and she never responded. It already told me all I needed to know about this place. Friendliness and customer service are not at the top of their priority. The location was not the best but it was 16 minutes walking distance to the BTS, for everything else there’s grab or taxi. Based on what I saw on trip.com I came expecting to deposit 500tbh but was told it’s 1000tbh deposit, it wasn’t a big deal as it is returned upon check out. The price of the hotel was pretty reasonable and the room was way better than that shithole icheck inn. The amenities in the room was only bottled water so nothing to shout about but it came in a glass bottle so that was a nice touch. One was able to get free coffee from the machine in the reception area. Their machine has the best...
Read morethis happened this morning, 19.09.2025 10:00 o'clock, with the older reception woman. after stating that 1 keycard did not work, i extended the room for 1 night and asked her to check that both keycards will this time work. she remarked that 1 keycard was marked with a blue line and she needs to keep the deposit of 500 baht for this. i ponted to the marker of blue at the reception and told her we did not mark any card ourself. it is a disgrace and highly disrespectful what scheme this receptionist tried to play with me. this will be our last time here.
review of staff: unfriendly, loud, try to cheat your deposit
review of room: noisy but okay imho, modern, no smart tv, hospital nearby, 12 min walk BTS, deposit 500 baht for keycard, +3% creditcard, better and cheaper alternatives at 'on...
