If you love delicious food in a peaceful, quiet setting, this restaurant is the perfect choice! From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the warmth of its simple yet thoughtful Japanese-style decor. It’s not overly decorated, but every detail makes it feel like home.

The menu focuses on homemade Japanese cuisine with an authentic, homey taste. The flavors are mild yet deeply satisfying, just like a comforting meal at a Japanese home. Try their fresh sashimi rice bowl served with fragrant miso soup, or enjoy a crispy yet tender tonkatsu with perfectly steamed rice—it’s truly delightful!

One of the best things about this place is the peaceful atmosphere. There’s no loud noise, making it ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy their meal at a slow, relaxed pace. Just sipping a warm cup of tea here feels incredibly calming. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great food, this is definitely...

A good place to hang out and enjoy good drinks with your friends. The service from the owner and the staffs are also very attentive.

However, after being here twice, I would say that the food here is 'sad' and needs a big overhaul (good looks but not in good taste).

For example,

(1) the mentaiko udon and the yaki udon - they both come with untasty sauce dominated by only one flavor (Saltiness for the first one and tanginess for the latter, and the udon itself was not mixed well with the sauce.

(2) Another example is the mentaiko tamagoyaki - but it feels more like a fried egg overwhelmed with saltiness.

(3) Yakitori = nothing special about it

This place has a lot more potential and I hope to see improvements on food in...

soooo good! comfort food vibe. their egg rolls and skewers are very delicious. the tastes are leaning towards the sweet side most dishes (probably the sauce they use) but overall it was a delicious meal.

hot clay rice and nabe was good as well. the portion wasnt too big so we were able to order multiple things. price range was reasonable but on a higher side for a small spot like this.

cute and homey atmosphere, and the staffs were very sweet.

amazing music choice on the night we were there.

i parked by the wall on the street outside their restaurant. not sure if we can park inside or not but there are some spaces. wasn’t too hard on a thursday night.

most likely will visit again if i...
