After my business trip in BKK, I wanna explore Hua Hin but not to the tourist area. BKK is good enough for me to see them. So the last min plan, I found this hotel and booked at almost 1am in the morning.||||It is not at Hua Hin, 30min driving away from there. If you are driving it will be easier for you. I took taxi from Hua Hin and cost me 450Baht. Local are not well known this hotel yet.||||The room is really lovely. I feel like my home. I called to my friends and show them how detail plan of this hotel. The window, the curtain, the bed, the door, the garden, the pool, etc.. The idea of rest room also not disappointed at all. The facial scrub and herbal toothpaste where do we have like this. I was taking my picture in the room and environment as well. ||||The food is not as usual. Cooking from mom, it is the feeling I got when I touch the food. Well prepare and nice ingredient open the taste bubs. ||||The staff are limited in English but they are not run away from the guest. They try to assist as much as they can. Very attentive and helpful I said. They arranged for me the Taxi driver with car for my request. Even it is late at night, they made it happen. Thanks for the hotel owner who are helping me via phone as well.||||I would like to say this is the hotel but will be your home as well. Why don't you try and stay in this peace and quiet life. I will sure come again with longer stay...

However, I encountered some issues with the service during my stay. While not all employees were unfriendly, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and attentiveness in their interactions. It often felt as though they were just going through the motions without a genuine service-oriented mindset.
Additionally, while I understand the policy of requiring non-guests to make a purchase when using the café area, I found the approach to enforcing this policy somewhat off-putting. Despite having stayed at the hotel for a night, I was swiftly approached by an employee who immediately questioned whether I was a guest or not, without any prior recognition. While I appreciate the need to verify, the manner in which it was done lacked tact and hospitality. A more polite and welcoming approach would have been much appreciated.
