Tonto Restaurant — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

We came here often before Covid. It has been almost two years since our last visit. The place is still beautiful but we were a little disappointed regarding a few things. The dishes have become worn and scratched to the point they appear dirty even though they were clean. The young girls serving our table was very sweet and nice but her clothes needed a good scrubbing. Some of the "fresh" vegetables that come with the food we selected were not so fresh this time. We are hoping all of this in temporary as they adjust to reopening after the lockdowns.

We like the food here. We love the location. the prices are very reasonable, especially for the beach. We will be back. Nothing was to bad for a return visit to be ruled out. We will be looking for them to be back to a 5-star rating...

food was not great, worse services but the worst hygiene

1 we ordered four seafood dishes for two people and the total cost was over THB 1,000. crab meat dish was nice but the fish and the clams weren’t fresh.

2 services slow from bring you dipping sauce, no ice served and no napkin in any shape of form - after being fed up we left early and walked to the cashier to pay as there was no staff to ask for the bill from - the cashier was unpleasant and didn’t say thank you or acknowledge their failure

3 rubbish to be found at all places and we saw them clearing the dishes - I felt like this was some kind of show how unhygienic things...

A new favourite in the 77220. Awesome view of the ocean with tables arranged in a strip adjacent to the beach. You could spend all day in the shade sipping beers or cocktails and that would be grand. But you would be missing out on some excellent food. We love the relaxed vibe and friendly service here but the food is what keeps us coming back. The menu prices are tight and value for money is expressed in most of the offerings. The decor is a little rustic but it's comfortable and the natural surroundings more than make up for some of the worn furnishings. A few tweaks and this place may start to have line...
