We read the warning reviews too late! Worst hotel near Bangkok airport in my last 31 years! We arrived at BKK airport at 10am and had a connecting flight to Europe at 11pm. The taxi from the airport to the hotel, a large van, cost us 186 baht including the airport and baggage surcharge, which was fine.||When we came to the hotel at 10:40 am, they wanted to charge us 300 baht more because we checked in early. I said we will check out at 8pm so we will be staying less than 10 hours in total. In a similar situation, we have never had any problems with a hotel near airports. They insisted on the money and I asked for a refund to look for one of our hotels where we have never had such problems. Finally they agreed.||When I wanted to order a taxi to the airport for 8pm, the lady at the reception said we had to order a van instead of a limousine taxi for our 2 pieces of luggage + handbag and pay 300 baht (limousine taxi only 150 baht) to the hotel in advance - not to the taxi driver. We had to agree as the location is far from the main road where taxis often pass. The taxi that appeared in the evening was not a licensed taxi, just a private old Toyota Fortuner. I doubt there was passenger insurance in case of an accident!||All in all, with transport charge this hotel cost us almost 1,000 baht and it's not worth it. The concrete in front of the entrance is broken, the trolleys don't roll easily. No porter, no assistance, internet didn't work, the room was 1980's style and needed a repaint. Old furniture, lots of steps everywhere. Wifi didn't work, SSID visible but no internet available. The lift is only halfway up the floor so you'll have to deal with stairs anyway. I don't recommend coming here, preferring to book a modern, comfortable hotel with good service for 1,000 baht, including free airport shuttle service. You...

Read moreHonestly my experience here was just like in horror movie. I was here for only one night (thankfully) and that was honestly the worst night of my whole trip to Thailand. I was here with 5 other family members and we got 3 different double rooms. Just to start one we opened the room we got hit with a very interesting old and stale smell, hard to describe but it was bad. Then we turned on the light to see basically a world war 2 hospital room. The walls were yellow like the sand on the beach, the furniture was as old as my first ever ancestors, the walls were covered in spider web filled with dead insects and dust. The bathroom was like a bomb shelter after an explosion and the floors were dirty.
I stayed with my brother in a room and we were both not able to find a clean blanket or pillow so we basically slept in our neck pillows and we covered ourselves up with some of our shirt and pants. The room was filled with all types of insects and I left that hotel filled with different bites and stings on my body.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here, it would honestly be a better idea to get a tent and sleep outside like a 7ELEVEn. Worst experience of...
