I came to this hotel on 23rd April 2024. I had seven-eight people with me. I booked four rooms in this hotel because I had a flight on the 24th and this hotel was near the airport, so I liked it. I came to this hotel and directly booked a room. When I arrived, I saw a manager in the hotel staff who had no hair on his head. His behavior was also a little different. The people of Thailand are very good. The people of Thailand gave a lot of love, but among the people of Thailand, the hairless man of this hotel was talking to us with so much anger that we were going to stay in his hotel by force. Even then we took the room. There were four rooms there. We were all going to the room, so first of all we saw its lift. The lift starts from half the floor and ends on the half floor. As we went up with our luggage, kept the luggage in the room, the first thing we faced was that even after putting the card in the card holder, the light in the room was not starting. After a lot of effort, the light started, but now we were trying to turn on the AC in the room, but the AC sometimes turns on and then turns off automatically. Then we went down to the desk and started. We told the hotel staff that because we do not know Thai language and English but it is not good. We explained to him in broken English that such a thing does not work but that bald man was not even ready to listen. Then we sat on the sofa in front of the hotel desk and were talking and calculating some money among ourselves. Meanwhile our cab arrived and one of our companions left his envelope full of 20,000 Thai Bhat on the sofa. We sat in the cab and then we went to the market for shopping. When we reached the market, we saw that we did not have the envelope. We remembered that we had left it on the sofa in front of the desk. So we called the hotel and told them that we had left our envelope there. Please check it and let us know. They did not give us any proper answer and started using abusive language in Thai language. Then we sent some of our friends back to the hotel. The bald man refused to help us. We asked him for help and asked him to check the CCTV camera. He refused to check it. He said that only my boss can see the CCTV, I will not see it, so we are completely sure. But the bald man took our envelope full of money from there. Now he is not ready to give it back and was threatening us to call the police. We had a flight the next day, so we did not do anything. We quietly left from there the next day and caught our flight and came to India. I request all the passengers going there that this hotel is near the airport and we think that we will not miss our flight, so we take hotels near the airport, but this hotel Never stay there, something terrible can happen to you and you can also suffer loss of life and property, this bald man can also make your...

We needed a place to stay during our 9 hour layover in Bangkok and since this place seemed to be reasonably priced, we went with it. We checked reviews online and saw that they were fairly decent. Over the phone we were told we could do early check in for the price of 100 THB per hour extra and that the room was waiting for us, but once we got there, the reception told us (very rudely) that the room wasn't available and we would have to wait. The front desk person's name was Montree and he was so rude in telling us that the room still needed to be cleaned. Finally, we convinced him that we would pay extra and we waited about 20 minutes until our rooms were being cleaned. When we asked for help with our luggage, Montree once again told us with attitude that there was no staff in the hotel that could help us and my family had to lug our very heavy suitcases up the stairs- with no help what so ever. No one showed us to our rooms or anything- we just had to figure it out. Montree is one of the worst front desk receptionists I have ever encountered- he was very impolite and did not make us feel welcome at all. He was very unpleasant and rude. Our rooms were decent as there was A/C but there were tons of mosquitos and there were stains on the sheets. One of the rooms had a really peculiar smell and when we told the front desk, they just sent a man with some air freshener to come spray it in our room, not solving the problem at all. They were extremely unhelpful and did not care at all about us. Later in the evening, the front desk receptionist changed and this guy was much more pleasant than Montree. We had to leave for the airport though and when we asked for help with our luggage, he happily sent someone over to help us. Clearly, Montree simply did not want to help us in the morning. The shuttle to the hotel got us to the airport on time and I was pretty happy to get out of this hotel. Overall, it was way too overpriced for the bad quality of the hotel. If you need a place to sleep for a few hours, it'll work but definitely do not expect great service from this place or very clean/nice rooms. It is below average and a...

Not so much fancy but convenient and affordable. Checked in just for a night as I had to send some heavy package from Suvarnabhumi Airport next morning. The receptionist was helpful and caring. She was professional and never had her humble and kind gesture. She helped me to get to hotel as I was not sure about the direction neither the taxi driver. So she came forward called the taxi driver and directed us to the hotel. I had informed her that i have heavy boxes so no sooner did i reach the hotel there was a helper to get the boxes off the car. What more do you need when you are tired... it was not only the help i got witness but the care and over the top service they offer. Nevertheless, talking about the guesthouse, the rooms are well managed. its spacious with not so much to grab. As its near the airport there are flights roaring so you might not get a good sleep if you are disturbed by the slightest noise. Oh yea, i forgot to mention about the toilet smell, i am not sure if its prevalent in all the rooms but I had to live with toilet smell. I later found out that the flush was not working and there was no space for ventilation. WIFI signals are very strong and yea free shuttle to airport. My overall rating would be average. They can do much better because some hotels provide better facilities with the same...

Be careful! Scammers! The Check-In is NOT 24h as advertised. In fact, there is NO staff at all in the hotel during the night (staff arrives 8 am), not even a security guard. If you want to move in at 8 am, they will make you move out at 12 and charge one full day. Stuff is rude and not helpful at all. They will tell you, they have only 1 room left (probably to push tired tourist into booking that 'last' chance to get some rest). It happened to the guest right before me, then I was told the same thing (scam). The area is noisy (construction work), room is not clean, door lock broken (cannot properly lock), sink broken (water floating on the floor). Do yourself a favor and DON'T BOOK.

It's a real nice airport hotel! The plane's noise is not very loud and I was able to get a full night uninterrupted sleep. The water in the shower is hot, the AC works. Wifi is pretty good, stable most of the time. The bed is comfy. 2 Windows in the room. There are a fridge and flat screen TV but I'm not sure if they work. The room is spacious and there is a small desk and chair. The staff is really nice, helpful and speak good English. The hotel itself is nicely disigned. There is a 7-11 nearby and a bunch of garages and other hotels. Getting to and fro the airport takes about 20 minutes in a taxi and 15 minutes on a bike.

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. The hotel will refuse your booking no matter which website you have booked from. They "explain" that the company OYO is responsible for the account and they no longer work with them despite online confirmation. They overbook and refuse to give a room or help. You get no information beforehand and arrive at the hotel where they tell you. This has been going on since December 10 according to their 'sign' and they have done nothing about it. We met 3 other poor souls who experienced the same thing while we were there. STAY AWAY.
