OYO 376 Ok Home Airport — Hotel in Racha Thewa Subdistrict Administrative Organization

So before I stayed at this place I was in Chiang kham and was staying in a room for 300 B a night with free drinking water. This place compared to that one just fails in comparison price was 700 B per night no free drinking water, toilet was not fully working correctly, bathroom was lackluster and missing a bucket for holding water. When we asked for one they just said we don't have any, which when your paying 700 B per night you think they could afford a bucket. Air-conditioning started making a loud squeaking noise after a day and wouldn't go away, the AC barely kept the room cool when I was in the room. The kicker was when I was heading to the airport I was offered a lift by one of the staff that I guess takes people to the airport, I though this was a complementary lift to the airport boy was I wrong. When we arrived at the airport I was told the ride would be up to me to decide between 300 B and 500 B I didn't have any small notes on me and he only had 500 B on him so I have him a 1000 B not and he gave me 500 B back. I did this trip to the airport for my girlfriend the day before with a taxi through the grab app and it only cost me 175 B. I am just so angry because before I was offered the ride I was going to grab a taxi and if I had I would have saved money. If I ever come back to Thailand I will never go back to OK home Airport I will treat it like a black hole from now on and pretend it...

Do not recommend. I’m a female traveler and I do not recommend this place as I felt there was no safety at all. The staff in the hotel kept looking at me. Even stood still and looked at me. It creeped me out. The room I got didn’t look like what’s shown in the picture one bit. It’s a lot worse and it’s on the 5th floor. There is no toilet in the room. I was only told that there’s a shared toilet on arrival. The hotel has no elevator. I had to carry my luggage all the way up and down. Do not recommend for those with heavy luggage. Also, the bed was really dirty. Found a lot of hair and big stain on my bedsheet. Luckily, I didn’t stay overnight there. Lastly I witnessed how they cleaned the room & as someone who worked in a hotel before, this place is totally unhygienic. All the bedsheets, pillow cases, and blankets were on the floor in front of each room. There was no cleaning carts, and the staff was dressed in unprofessional casual clothing. Great Location near airport. Couple minutes from the airport. Good price for the rooms. Real nice fancy restaurant to the left of Ok Home. Can watch the airplanes fly right over your table while you are eating. Unbelievable cheap meal for this 5 star restaurant. At least 4 or 5 little noodles shops right in front and towards the right of Ok Home. There are also three 7 elevens right next to Ok Home that are so close to each other you don't know which one to go to so we shopped at all three. There is one to the left and two to the right if you are facing Ok Home. If you go a little past the second 7 eleven to the right there is another classy restaurant that was again unbelievably cheap. I had a sirloin steak for 160 Thai baht which is about $5 dollars. This steak would have easily cost $30 or $40 back home in America. My daughter loved the French fries. And the chicken nuggets would beat McDonald's any day...
