Elite Atoll Services Apartments Phuket — Hotel in Rawai

Imagine turning up in phuket with 4 children in a 5 star hotel and finding it rat infested and run down. That was our position after 3 days. Everywhere we looked could not cater for 6 people in 1 room/ apartment. And then we found this absolute gem.

I honestly thought our holiday was ruined and really had bad feelings about relocating. But as soon as we made the booking, the reception were in touch via WhatsApp explaining the check-in time and all their facilities on offer. When we arrived, we were met with an amazingly professional and welcoming staff.

The penthouses are so well equipped and clean . Beds are so comfy, and the aircon is good. We had 4 showers and 2 baths . Not sure how big the TV was but it's the biggest one I have ever watched . A safe in every room. The whole place is massive.

The Restaurant and Pool. This was what made our holiday. I loved playing in the pool and always seemed to be on our own in it. There was always shade for the little ones and water quality perfect. The view was outstanding . The food in the restaurant was always cooked fresh and came well presented. Great choice and the breakfast menu was so varied we had a different meal every day.

The Staff. So polite and friendly, the reception staff always wanted to know if you needed help and being available 24/7 was reassuring. The restaurant staff became my children's favourite people as they always had a smile and a chat with them. I loved watching the chefs cooking an absolute storm in the little kitchen and loved my 2 cups of coffee in the morning.

Overall if you are looking for a relaxed holiday away from it all this is the base for you. We walked around the local streets and found some lovely restaurants and a good shop. Also found a really good taxi driver for longer trips. This part of phuket is a little gem and not used as much as the places nearer the airport.

Nous avons passée un mois dans cet hôtel et voici notre retour. Après de longues recherches, pour trouver un bon hôtel pour une longue durée sur Rawai, nous avons trouvé cet hôtel et l’expérience était vraiment top.

Concernant le personnel, il est FABULEUX. Vraiment pour avoir énormément voyager et fait beaucoup d’hôtel le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment adorable. Ils sont super gentil, très aidant à chaque fois que nous les avons solliciter ils ont tout fait pour nous aider, et nous trouver une solution.

Il y’a deux restaurants dans l’hôtel nous avons mangé la bas la plupart du séjour, et la nourriture était EXCELLENTE. Ils proposent des plats traditionnels thaï et aussi de la nourriture HEALTHY, smoothie, bowl ect. Même dans le petit bar en bas a la réception. Pour avoir fait plusieurs restaurants à RAWAI, les prix sont plus que raisonnables, pour la qualité de la nourriture !

Il y a un GYM dans l’hôtel, hyper beau, très grande salle, avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour s’entraîner très lumineuse avec une superbe vue. Les coach sont très gentils, nous n’avons pas testé les cours mais vous avez du pilate, de la boxe, du Running et je crois qu’ils font même des événements régulièrement course en extérieur, yoga autours de la piscine. C’est GÉNIALE. C’était un point important pour notre séjour et cette salle n’a rien à envier aux autres salles de l’île ! Elle est propre et fonctionnelle !

Les piscines il y a deux piscines, dans l’hôtel durant les 30 jours elles ont TOUJOURS été hyper propre, j’ai vu plein d’hôtels avec des problèmes de piscines pas nettoyé et franchement c’était la basse saison et la piscine était toujours hyper propre bien nettoyé, la vue incroyable sur celle du haut sur l’océan ! Avec le bar ( Notre coin préféré ! )

Concernant les chambres, le ménage venait régulièrement à la base c’était deux fois par semaine mais honnêtement ils sont venues beaucoup plus souvent peut être 3 fois voir 4 fois dans la semaine, tout était super bien nettoyé, ils fournissaient BEAUCOUP de serviettes propres. Quand on est arrivé il y avait toujours des brosses à dents, du dentifrice, du shampoing et du gel douche. Il y avait un sèche cheveux dans chaque salle de bain qui marchait très bien ( généralement ils sont pas top dans les hôtels) .

Les chambres étaient grandes, il y avait beaucoup de rangements, nous avions pris un 2 bedroom, la cuisine était fonctionnelle il y avait le nécessaire pour cuisiner ( On a pas vraiment cuisiner durant le séjour) mais il y avait une poêle une casserole, les couverts. il y avait une machine à laver qui fonctionnait hyper bien et qui séchait aussi le linge ce qui est vraiment top pour un long séjour ! La cuisine était ULTRA PROPRE. Et vraiment je suis très regardante sur la propreté c’était un critère non négligeable, mais tout était propre.

Il y a des hôtels qui ont des problèmes de punaises de lit et autre, et j’ai tout retourné ici, comme je suis hyper angoissée de la propreté et c’était NICKEL. Les draps étaient changés régulièrement aussi ! En plus ils avaient la gentillesse de nous écrire sur WhatsApp pour nous demander à quelle heure le ménage nous convient. C’est vraiment hyper cool ! Il nous ont fournis comme demandé un lit bébé, et une chaise haute pour enfant.

On a pris le taxi avec l’hôtel pour la venue ici, et tout a été super bien organisé, on avait eu un siège bébé comme demandé et le prix était clairement raisonnable pour le trajet hôtel - aéroport.

Tucked away in the quiet streets of Rawai, this hidden gem was the perfect escape for my partner and me. The reception staff were consistently helpful, polite, and welcoming. While I’ve forgotten their names, I want to acknowledge how wonderful they all were! They all truly elevated our stay.

One thing to note is that the housekeeping team could be a little more discreet while cleaning, as sound carries easily through the hallways due to thin walls.

The fitness centre and pool facilities were beautifully maintained and a definite highlight. However, the breakfast and room service didn’t quite meet expectations, but that’s easily solved with Grab, which offers plenty of great options delivered right to your door.
