Indra Hotel Hatyai — Hotel in Songkhla Province

Our trip organizer was suggested us to stayed in this hotel because of 2 reasons, one was value for money and one was in the middle of town which near to shopping night market. ||||When our first step into the room, that only one thought in mind: OMG...this room is horrible ! The bed is clean if nothing much to consider about, the TV is functioned well, fine. Come to the bathroom. The bathroom was creepy, like the scene in horror movie, it's looked dark; poor condition; dirty bathtub and can hear sound from room beside. ||||For the first time, me and my friend used around 10 minutes (which was fast compare our normal shower time) to complete our everything in the bath room. As my friend said, she don't feel like want to stay long in the bathroom. Other than that, the atmosphere of the hotel was also horrible, it like everything is so suitable to be the scene of horror movie..I think. ||||But beside these,the location of the hotel is good as it nearby to shopping malls and night market. People will not get hungry at there because there have many food...

Honestly, please stay away from this hotel. This is the worst hotel that I ever stayed in my traveling life. I have no good experience in this hotel except it is cheap and near to the city center.||Just like in the horror movie, the hotel looks creepy and scary. Thanks God, I was only there for a night before going back to Kuala Lumpur. The room itself smell unpleasant.||I did not ever want to go the bathtub as I keep imagining all the bad stuff happened in this creepy hotel. TV is working well but Wi-Fi only at the lobby with poor connection. Staff not friendly.||In my opinion, this nightmare hotel needs major renovation. My advice for those who are looking a room in Hat Yai, spend more money for better hotel. Location : so convenient, only few step you can go anywhere, super near Lee Garden and Ocean. Foot massage only downstair. Pub downstair. Food stall is walk opposite. 👍👍👍

Facilities (like room, toilet, bed, blanket, towel) : 👎 what you paid what you get. No hair dryer. Water pressure super slow.

If you want to think location and facilities, you think carefully. This is cheap hotel but location super good.

Staff : 👍👍👍 Yayah, friendly and help us early check-in because got room available and polite. She can speak well Malay. Can put luggage if you arrival early.
