This is one of the staple drinking holes in Hatyai. It's well known among locals and frequent visitors to the town. The staff are friendly and service is as expected in a joint like this. However, all the clientele come primarily for the live band at Westside. Excellent and lively and playing the mix of music that most of us like and doing it well. The little lady singer of the band is a sight to behold and she can really belt out the songs. But wait till she gets started on the saxophone. It is a mind-blowing experience not to be missed. Fantastic bar. As a Westerner this is without a doubt the best bar in the area. The service staff are lovely and friendly, the drinks are great value and the band are incredible. You would pay top money in England to listen to musicians of this calibre. Lots of classic rock songs to keep you dancing throughout the night. They even do requests. Located along the bar street downtown, this popular local joint was made lively with a very solid live band performing a wide range of gigs from English numbers to Thai classics. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Cantonese favourites as well. Be prepared to cramp up a bit as the place is not huge but the crowd is usually large in number.
