Beware this Villa it is very secluded so unless your looking for somewhere very secluded and out the way it is not for you; a car or motorbike is necessary to reach the nearest beach, shops, or restaurants.||I initially reserved a Deluxe One-Bedroom Villa, which should have included a sofa bed as I am traveling with a male friend. We were given a two-bedroom villa, leading us to believe we had been upgraded, but the second bedroom was locked, and there was no sofa bed.||Upon inspection, we observed dirt scattered across the floors and ants entering and exiting through noticeable gaps in the sliding doors. We also found ants on the bed. The damaged front door, with its significant gaps at the bottom and edges, allows various insects to enter.||The shower is located outside, accessible through the bathroom, which was unclean and contained cobwebs. The pool filters were also not working, and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival as lots of debris and dirt floating.||We also noticed water damage to the wardrobe doors and walls going about 3ft up, indicating a possible flood in the villa.||||I spoke with reception to inquire about the possibility of viewing another villa. I showed them pictures of the issues and expressed my dissatisfaction. They explained that because we checked in at 12 pm, the rooms were not yet cleaned and that cleaning would occur at 1 pm, despite having arranged an early check-in three weeks in advance.||She kindly offered to show me a different villa, located two doors down from the previous one. The villa had a significant ant problem, and it was evident that the floors, both inside and outside, were not clean. Stayed in a 3-bedroom villa here in July 2025 and would not recommend. The villas are poorly maintained, with visible water damage and cracks in the ceiling and pool area. Couches are dirty/black and covered with a wrap. We saw two RATS inside our villa, along with many lizards both inside and around the property. Despite what was advertised, there is NO BAR and NO BUFFET BREAKFAST available onsite, and the laundry service took three days. The air conditioning and kitchen appliances are very outdated—we couldn’t adjust the AC to cool the villa properly so the bedrooms were very hot. When we called to request breakfast and additional drinking water, the manager told us it was his day off. We also asked for extra towels, and staff entered the villa WITHOUT KNOCKING.

The LOCKS on the sliding doors in the living room and all three bedrooms to the pool and shower were BROKEN, and although the listing mentioned 24/7 security, the front gate was always left open and unmonitored, very unsafe. It was also difficult to get in touch with staff for any assistance. There’s gaps on all the sliding doors for rodents/pests to enter. You can find other accommodations for the same price that are in better condition and offer better service. Do not stay here, I suggest booking a different hotel along...

Did the sandbox here. Ive never stayed anywhere with such caring service. It honestly brings tears to my eyes how well looked after I felt. It honestly rivals 6 star resorts. Songsak and his staff went above and beyond for us. We were new to ordering food, alot of the drivers don't carry change for 1000thb notes. The cleaning maid spotted us instantly, and Songsak the day after (yeah we were probably terrible guests now that I think about it...but we paid them.back of course) They also arranged laundry for us on the last day. It's a little removed, but he can arrange scooter hire for you at 300thb per day (drop off and pick up). Breakfast was never bad, highly recommend the congee. Due to covid logistics it arrives a little cold, but there's a microwave, not a deal breaker. The villas aren't new, a little worn, but adds to the chilled atmosphere. What's important is they're clean and self contained with private pools that are the perfect temperature for skinny dipping after you return from a long day exploring on your scooter.
