A Hidden Thai Gem with a Heartwarming Touch. We stumbled upon this cozy little Thai restaurant and ended up dining there two nights in a row—and for good reason. The owner, who impressively runs the entire place by herself, is an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with genuine warmth, treating us more like old friends than customers.
The food is nothing short of fantastic—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care. On our first night, we tried the fried noodles with shrimp and the classic pad Thai. Both dishes were perfectly cooked, with that signature balance of sweet, salty, and tangy that makes Thai cuisine so addictive.
We were so impressed that we returned the next night and pre-ordered a feast: a whole seabass, shrimp fried rice, som tum (green papaya salad), and glass noodles with shrimp. Every dish was fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. The seabass, in particular, was a standout—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
Dining here feels like being invited into someone’s home. The food warms your belly, and the owner's kindness warms your heart. This little spot is a true labor of love, and we can't...
Read moreDiscovered this quaint, little establishment while scrolling on Google maps. Having tried the food here, it comes as no surprise why this eatery has a perfect 5 star rating (as of Dec 2024). The shop is ran by a lovely Thai lady with decades of culinary experience that is exemplified in her cooking. While the basil meats + rice dishes are already delicious, the true star of the show has definitely got to be the crispy pork belly. Not many other restaurants in Phuket can cook this dish quite as well as here. The perfect balance of spices will certainly light up all your tastebuds for a truly satisfying meal. It is hard to find food of such calibre at this price so I highly recommend that you give...
Read moreIf you're looking for authentic southern Thai food, I highly recommend this little local gem. It's a small, simple, and clean restaurant with a warm, welcoming vibe. I ordered คั่วกลิ้งหมูสับ (Kua Kling Moo Sap, Spicy dry-fried minced pork with southern curry paste) with ไข่เจียว (Kai Jeow (Thai-style omelette) — absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot-on, and you can really taste the home-cooked care. Plus, the chef is kind and friendly, which made the experience even better.
The owner runs the whole place on her own and speaks English, which is great. Just a heads-up—if you're in a rush, it might not be the best spot, as everything is freshly made and can take a...
