‼️Unacceptable service. Racism!!

Do not come here if you want your mood to be ruined. We were just hungry people who wanted a quick dinner after arriving to Phuket. Things took a turn for the worse when the lady refused to serve us.

From the start we were treated poorly and they did not behave professionally. They also treated us differently from others because of different race and it was really obvious. Whenever we asked for someone to come over to take order, they would always find the excuse to serve another table. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. The food, not edible. Service, ridiculous. At the end, we confronted them and we were rudely asked to leave the shop. DO NOT come here and I will guarantee you will leave unsatisfied.

Additionally when we left, a gay man had no sympathy whatsoever and threw a thick sandal at us, and almost left a dent on our car that we rented. They also threatened to use violence and later backed out (because we said we would get the police involved).

Overall the experience totally ruined our day and our mood and we DO NOT recommend ANYONE to come here. This is totally unacceptable for the service quality and we would DEFINITELY rather eat at a nearby restaurant (we recommend Pupew...

Romyang restaurant is an absolute gem in Phuket, Thailand. The food is simply outstanding and the service is top-notch. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of trying their Pad Thai and Shrimps, and both dishes were bursting with flavors. The Pad Thai had the perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness, while the Shrimps was wonderfule. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were very generous.

The staff at Romyang restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive, always making sure that we had everything we needed. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal with loved ones.

Overall, I highly recommend Romyang restaurant to anyone visiting Phuket. You will not be disappointed with the delicious food and fantastic service. I can't wait to go back and try more of their mouthwatering dishes! 5 stars...

we came few times, and each time the portions became smaller and smaller. and the last time we came and there were 2 more tables in the cafe, we made an order and after 30 minutes of waiting, I asked how long to wait, the waitress began to answer very rudely, saying “if you don’t want it, cancel and leave,” we decided to wait , bcs she already brought drinks (half a glass). Also the pad tay was very oily , as the tom yam that I ordered “little spicy”, it was as if she specially brought it so spicy that it was impossible to eat. In response to my request to change, and the question of how long to wait because I already wanted to leave there as quickly as possible, she began to shout at me and speak very rudely. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE unless you want to ruin your mood and leave hungry because of the small portions.
