Alas, I actually really love this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are also very good, the mattress is super comfortable, and they even prepared bouquets for Valentine’s Day. It is definitely my favorite place during my ten days in Thailand. It's a hotel. By the way, the hotel's breakfast is a la carte and buffet. It's super delicious, especially the Thai noodles for breakfast. It's the best I've ever tasted. You must bring breakfast when you book a room. We are bringing 7-year-old children, 0-4 years old are free, 4-12 years old are charged 400 baht with breakfast every day. Most foreign hotels charge extra for bringing children. This is acceptable, but I booked an executive room for 2 nights. Executive rooms are only available on the 7th floor on the top floor. The hotel front desk arranged room 711, which is close to the elevator. It was extremely noisy at night. I felt a splitting headache after sleeping all night. The next day, I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the front desk did not inform me. Executive rooms are only available on the 7th floor, so we were directly moved to a lower room on the 3rd floor. When checking out, I asked for a refund of the 500 baht difference in price. The front desk was unwilling to refund at first, but after talking for a while, they were willing to refund. I have stayed in so many hotels. This is the first time I encountered a hotel where I had to change my room to a lower level due to the hotel's own problems. I was unwilling to refund the price difference without any compensation. However, I have one thing to say, the breakfast was really delicious. The entrance to the hotel The night market opposite is also of high quality, so I will stay there next time. If you are a foodie and are not afraid of noise, this hotel is...
Read moreThis is one of the newest (and possibly one of the most expensive) hotels in Udonthani. But.... WOW! What an experience. Can only be described as fantastic!|From check-in to check-out, everything and everyone were just awesome.|The hotel style is quite unique, externally and internally (check out that incredible staircase) and the rooms are simply furnished but extremely comfortable and - 'clean' would be an understatement, they were absolutely sparkling clean in both the room and the bathroom. The (extra large) bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the Nespresso coffee machine in the room made a welcome change from the usual packets of Nescafe instant coffee that you get in most other hotels.|The breakfast (ordered from a menu) is cooked to order and uses high quality ingredients and you can order as many times as you like. Might I suggest some visual stimulation in the dining room though?, as with the semi-transparent windows, both the staff and the customers had nothing to look at whilst enjoying their breakfast (except each other), so a TV (with no sound) might give a focal point and allow guests to catch up on the news of the day - for example). The background piano music they had was nice though.|The location is right in the town centre just seconds away from markets, food courts, supermarkets, restaurants etc. There is private dedicated (outdoor) parking next to the hotel and supervised by a hotel parking attendant.|This hotel doesn't get 10/10 from me - it gets 11/10 (Yes, I...
Read moreConsidered to be the number 1 best hotel in Udon Thani. It is a very beautiful, luxurious hotel. When you walk in, it smells alluring. Went to stay on Christmas day and the hotel provided Christmas snacks and cards as well. The cutest ❤️ The hotel is located at UD Town. In the heart of the shopping area Convenient travel Today I got an Executive Deluxe room on the 7th floor, overlooking Monthathip Hall. The room is very beautiful. The materials used in the room are expensive. The bed is spacious and very soft. My Korean husband likes it very much. There is a machine to make fresh coffee. There is a guidebook explaining usage and recommending tourist attractions in Udon Thani. It's very good for people who don't know where to go. Breakfast was plentiful. The food is buffet style and Alacart. There is a menu to choose from. Order to the staff to make it in just a moment and you'll be able to eat it. There's guava juice and apple juice to eat. For health lovers All the food is delicious. But what my girlfriend likes is sticky rice with grilled pork, fresh, hot, and fragrant. Eat it with Khao Kam (sticky rice) and dip it with dipping sauce. It's so delicious that you get two double dishes 😋👍👏 Another thing I like is Khao Wet noodles. The soup is sweet and delicious, and the braised beef ribs taste very good. Overall, it is considered very good. I have stayed in many places in Udon but this place is the best. If there is a chance, I will come back and stay again....
