We are almost in 2025 and the hotel looks like from the eighties Long wait time for no reason Booking was paid in advance and i had to stay at the front desk to wait for them to check out my reservation Guy was stupidly using the computer and he looks like he doesn’t know what to do or what he is looking for This will be the first and last time to book at this poor managed hotel They are just a money making machine They get your money and treat you like a f..k face Anyways after 3 freaking hours he called his supervisor to check the mailbox and c where is the confirmation of reservation that was sent by the agency And finally he told him where to look it out Anyways when i made the booking i selected 2 adults and two kids under 5 plus a beach front view room and breakfast included Which i have confirmation for all selections then they have me pay an extra 100 saying the kids you have to pay for and if you want the breakfast there will be extra charges I told him to call his boss and ask what’s going on meanwhile waiting there at the front desk i have seen multiple sketchy attempts of different tasks like exchanging money and booking issues so they want you to go through their preferences of travel agencies or to pay at the hotel I asked the same guy how much would it be to pay at the front and he said around 300 so i told him on my case why it was so high then he pretended that he was calling his boss again and asked for a discount he was thinking he can bluffed me with holding his phone in his ears and talking to the skies to make it as a real deal This is one reason Secondly im gonna upload some reel photos of the actual hotel conditions that are at no means to the one they advertise You guys can’t up-charge pre booked reservations unless they asked for extra And you have to display the prices It’s not an auction or duty free shop

Good for the money. I paid 15GBP a night equivalent to 60DT a night. Service is awful! Water stopped running for a whole day which is due to external factors that the hotel cannot physically control which I fully understand, I went downstairs to ask if I could get a bottle of water so I can wash myself and was refused! I didn’t make a scene out of no water I just wanted to at least get a bottle of water so I can wash luckily there was a English family who was all included and provided me with a bottle of water. I then got my partner to come down (Tunisian) and help me get the water as by night it wasn’t working aswell and they refused and I was told “it costs me too much money” by the man at reception when it wouldn’t cost him a penny, they then told my partner okay wait let me get someone to fill bottles with pool water for you… excuse me WHAT! The cleaner Amel is so so lovely and she always helps so much! She’s so kind and goes above and beyond for our room. We have since had lots of bites so we told them instantly we think it’s the bed as we saw an insect on the bed jumping, they said yes we will change it and no change was made. I then went down to the manager of the hotel (woman) and told her as I found a dead bug on my bed sheet by morning and she changed it instantly thankfully! We’re also facing tree house which is a night club and it’s so so loud the door doesn’t make much of a difference but I have managed to teach myself to sleep through the noise. If you’re on a budget and have no choice I guess it’s good but other than that I wouldn’t recommend if you could pay a bit more please do. There aren’t a lot of tourists in this hotel but I dont particularly mind, however the language barrier can come across as people being rude but they truly aren’t

Mamy mieszane uczucia. Dookoła wiele opuszczonych hoteli i zniszczonych budynków. W rzeczywistości śmieci i szkło wymieszane z piaskiem. Pokoje ... Wyposażone całkiem ok, w telewizji TVP Polonia :) wielu turystów narzekało na smród i wilgoć. U nas awaria klimatyzacji która spowodowała odpadnięcie tynku z sufitu, naprawiona ok 10godz po zgłoszeniu- sufit zabezpieczony kartonem ;) 2 baseny , 1 że zjeżdżalnia , też całkiem ok, choć czasami woda nieprzejrzysta. Na plus duża ilość leżaków. All exclusive..dosyć słabe. Śniadania bardzo fajne, duża ilość różnorodnych rzeczy: miód, czekolada, chałwa, warzywa, owoce, mleko, jajecznica, i wiele innych Obiad: tu już trochę słabiej. Duża ilość sałatek, warzyw . Lecz mało konkretów , bardzo dużo marchewki i cebuli. O frytki/ kotleciki/ mięso trzeba było walczyć i stać w kolejce. Mięso pieczone przy gościach często niedopieczone i surowe. Kolacja: podobnie jak obiady. Wiele makaronów, kasz i sosów. W barze alkohole i drinki ok . Niestety po 3 dniach dopadła nas choroba i 3 dni z wczasów wycięte ;) najpewniej spowodowana brakiem higieny w hotelu, inna flora bakteryjną itp. Radzimy dopłacić i wybrać hotel o wyższym standardzie.

After seeing the reviews I feel I really need to write one myself after just getting home from a weeks holiday with my family of 4 adults and 13 year old from Sousee city and beach hotel . |This is a bit of a long one but I feel it’s needed after my husband booked our holiday as a last minute trip I then read the reviews and was riddled in anxiety and really panicking , but I decided to go with an open mind and im normally pretty laid back person and as I know most people who write reviews are doing it as they are unhappy with their outcome and want to shout about it, ||We got dropped off the coach and was last drop off the hotel was on a main road but wasn’t too bothered as has everything around you that you could need, supermarket a few yards up the street ,Shops and food outlets etc . |So we arrived and at check in had to fill in some forms and copy passports etc took about 30 mins - then given our room keys.||We paid for an all inclusive holiday to be told they don’t include alcohol in all inclusive at this hotel it’s only all inclusive soft drinks and breakfast/dinner & everning meal . There was no snacks available . And if we wanted alcohol we had to pay extra . ||We went to the rooms and they was very clean and as seen in some reviews it could do with a bit of modernising but it was clean and somewhere to sleep and a 3 star hotel - not the ritz !! |Cleaners was always around the hotel cleaning constantly . Our cleaner on the floor we stayed (room 451) was absolutely amazing such a beautiful welcoming lady and always going out of her way for anything we needed . ||The pool was monitored a couple of times a day and checked for levels of chlorine etc . |We mainly used the top pool with the slides which was really fun adults and children really enjoyed it . And the 2 lifeguards at that pool was brilliant , got involved and made some sort of entertainment with everyone and made an effort to keep everyone happy whilst doing their jobs . |The top pool with the slides had only 10 sun loungers and a couple of chairs no sun parasols . They had 2 small pergolas . Was not enough for everyone that used that pool . And no music around the pool until the last day !! |The bottom pool we only used a couple of times and was ok more sun loungers and parasols but not enough for everyone by any means . | |The meals were very hit and miss and not much of a choice but occasionally enjoyed something to eat there, I only ate at the restaurant 4 times in total over a week as wasn’t much choice and sometimes very repetitive, so was very hit and miss , I’m not a fussy eater but still struggled ,but plenty of places close by to go and eat out -defeats the object of all inclusive but never mind ! ||The water at the hotel well that’s not acceptable as it kept cutting out everyday so could not shower when needed and could be off for hours at a time very frustrating- at one point it was off for over 24 hours in total and then the odd dribble here and there for days . Was furious at this point as had been out quad biking and couldn’t get a shower when we got back and we was all covered in sand and dust!! Everyone at the hotel was furious and lots complaining! |Most days there seemed to be people at the front desk complaining about something or another . | |There was no entertainment at the hotel at all, even though it states on their website that entertainment is every day during the summer ! So became very boring and was in bed early every night . ||And as for the other reviews regarding the very loud music during the night until all hours well this is correct, more noisy weekend nights. I even went prepared with ear plugs and still Was woken up several times every night it came from the bar at the back of hotel the treehouse on beachfront which joins onto hotel - starts at 10pm but seems to get louder and louder as the night goes on - but to be honest I could live with that would of been better if we could of had a drink (since we paid all inclusive and didn’t receive that) and got involved with the atmosphere as there was absolutely zero atmosphere of an evening it was boring which is a shame as if they provided entertainment or music day/night and around pools etc then I think it would of made it a bit more enjoyable and bearable. ||The beach is directly on the back of hotel which is lovely it gets very busy but all beaches do ! You can rent sun loungers and beds cheap on the hut at the beach . ||The water dispenser drinks available at the inside bar I was weary of drinking as when coming back into hotel from the beach there was a few members of staff filling the exact same bottles up with water out of the tap so wasn’t sure if they was being replaced with tap water for everyone to drink . So we asked for bottled water behind the bar which was sometimes difficult as they didn’t like to hand out much ! ||The staff at the hotel all was mainly lovely and friendly . ||I noticed on our last day they was having some sort of inspection so they was going above and beyond that day making everything perfect which they should be doing regardless . |I have been to Tunisia before 10 years ago and really enjoyed it . I would come back again but not to this hotel for above reasons . ||We still very much so enjoyed our holiday as we made our own fun. And eat out several times, visited aqua splash water park which is around 5-10 Mins in a taxi and very good day out . Went quad biking which can be arranged through the hotel and they can help with other excursions. And Tunisia is very cheap for most things thankfully or we would have been in a dilemma ! ||Also please don’t be afraid to haggle prices in shops and taxis as we got 2 taxis as there was 5 of us and one taxi charged 10dinar and other 6dinar so always check price before you get into taxi . ||The hotel has plenty of security at the front and the back of hotel so feels very safe and they are very friendly. ||We really did enjoy ourselves . And made the most of what we were presented with ,||I would not stay here again only due to the lack of entertainment and the water constantly going off. Also buying all inclusive and not receiving it. ||Other than the above 3 listed it was ok and manageable and constantly...

Visited here on a 3 day trip.. arrived in shock to what was presented, reception ignored our presence and carried on a conversation with a staff member and then went on to make a call before checking us in, didn’t speak any English so took nearly an hour just to find our booking on their computer..elevator glass was completely smashed and pitch black inside as light had broke.. cigarette ash everywhere, room was disgusting, bugs everywhere, had bites- human hair everywhere, bathroom was filthy.. feces still left in the toilet. could see where door had been kicked in previously and filled in with filler, balcony door wouldn’t lock so maintenance had to come and repair it, just screwed a pull bolt onto the door and left.. stray cats and dogs surrounding the hotel, lacks hygiene..very unclean rooms, reception and bar appear to look very up to scratch until you go to the rooms.. was kept us each night due to loud music and other guests slamming doors.||Felt unsafe outside the hotel, people would follow us and wouldn’t leave us alone.. don’t visit here unless you are firm.. people would claim to work in our hotel to try and gain trust, you are left not knowing what their intentions are. they will not leave you alone all they want is your money, on one occasion a man was walking by us and wouldn’t leave us alone, we got offered drugs, trafficked women, any drug.. all sorts, we was appalled and told the man we was leaving to go back to hotel, he then insisted we get in a taxi and he proceeded to try and get in the taxi to follow us to hotel.. we finally got rid of the man, we felt very unsafe in the area, especially in the main town by the Madina market, very concerning behaviours and dodgy people.. police don’t take notice of the tourists being harassed and followed.. they beg for your custom but get angry when it drives people out of the market, you feel that annoyed you just leave and then they insult you. young children as young as 4 walking around by themselves… surprised this place was advertised on a holiday website as a package holiday, do not visit this place you will feel very unsettled with a target on your back.. they treated us like vermin and constantly being stared, pointed at and harassed.. we expected certain things and the fact we were near the area of the 2015 attack and that a lot of derelict buildings were there and that it was a poor area but we never expected the treatment and experience we received , we are very laid back and rarely complain but it wasn’t fit for an animal to live in, we are glad we experienced Tunisia, lovely views and history but will...
