Milord Hotel — Hotel in Şişli

I had a very pleasant stay at the Milord hotel. Its located in the European side in a very safe and somehow central location that is around 30 to 40 mins away from the Asian side say Fatih or Grand Bazaar.|Very close to Osman bey a station away by |metro .| The metro station is around 10 minutes walk and there's a mall next to it. Koton department store is 2 mins away.|The room was spacious we were a family of three, it had a double bed and a big sofa bed that takes two. We had a very good sleep, the window isolates the sounds but the area is quite in all cases.Comfortable and clean. No coffee only tea packets are available in the room.The cleaner is available daily.The breakfast is the same every day but quite good there's eggs, cheese, veggies, cereals.|Mr Kasem from the reception was beyond wonderful and helpful always smiling.He booked us our trip to Bursa, booked our PCR and helped us w our bags and airport transportation. |Hilal and Medina from the restaurant were lovely, friendly and the whole team catered for our needs .|I have to say the dinner was also very delicious and affordable. There's a street market every Sunday, an authentic Turkish experience. Finally Milord the hotels cat was a great addition to this satisfying experience....

Be aware not to leave any valuable items in the room you may not see it again. My husband and I were there couple weeks ago, as soon as we arrived to the hotel we put our cash and passports inside the safe that was in the room provided and set up a passcode. We went out to dinner, and asked the receptionist to provide us with extra toilet paper and soap since there was only a half roll. When we came back from dinner the items we asked for were already inside the room. Next day in the morning we realized 200$ is missing from the safe!!! It’s obvious that the same guy that went up to the room when we left is the same guy that unlocked the safe and stole 2 hundred $ bill……. When we told the administration nobody bothered to do anything or to even apologize like WHO CARES!!!! I just want to tell the thief that stole our money SHAME ON YOU, we definitely will get our money back when we meet in front Allah SWT, so enjoy...

One of the best hotels I’ve ever come across great location and all nearby good sight seeing attractions and shopping malls all in one place. Rooms are modern texture and foods are delicious.Hotel Staffs are the most friendliest people I’ve ever come across they tend deliver the best service and information you need throughout your stay at the hotel. I stayed there 2 times during my visit in Istanbul and it worth every penny . My opinion I highly recommend it to all traveler’s and I will choose this hotel again for my future travel...
