For this foodie & her ever-hungry man, Aila was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had anywhere in the world. First of all, the decor and spaces are exquisite. Soaring ceilings, marble floors, perfect lighting, every detail is beautiful. The food is sublime with elevated, modern Mediterranean flavors. In addition to the complimentary amuse bouche and bread with olive oil, we had: the raw green salad, grilled octopus with handmade couscous, the signature starter Nazuktan (saffron, dried rose, eggplant, urfa pomegranate syrup, and Antakya salted yogurt), starters of grouper and lamb tenderloin. Decor and atmosphere is gorgeous. The reason of 4 stars is the music. When we were there, started very nice but then became unbearable, technical (dj set had an issue) and genre wise. We had to ask the management to simply stop. If you come to Aila, take a taxi. Entrance is back of Quasar and problematic. Vallet service is the worst (well, i parked my own car, and had to walk around to find the guy) and parking is...
