The ambiance of the restaurant was good, but the service left much to be desired. While you’re trying to look at the menu, the waiter stands uncomfortably close to your table, visibly impatient and making nervous gestures as you decide. They also have no clue how to explain portion sizes. I specifically asked if a dish was enough for two people, and the waiter assured me it was only for one. When the food arrived, it turned out to be for two, leaving us with unnecessary leftovers.

To make matters worse, one of the waiters accidentally dropped a plate of food on my lap. While I wasn’t upset about the accident itself because these things may happen, their handling of the situation was absurd. They quickly scooped up the spilled food and, within seconds, returned it to me on the same plate, just rearranged as if nothing had happened. Completely unacceptable.

The appetizers were served after we’d finished the main course, and that’s when they also asked if we wanted dessert. The timing was a mess.

Another bizarre incident occurred while we were dining inside. A waiter casually walked through the restaurant spraying a heavy air freshener. The overpowering smell not only clashed with the food we were eating but also irritated our eyes. How can such an unprofessional practice happen in a restaurant?

It was bizarre and felt unsafe when the waiter started asking each one of us to put a review and then checked our phones to see what reviews we gave. After he saw my review which was like 4,5 - Selman the waiter told me to change it, I deleted it, but he still was not satisfied and by that time it felt weird and uncomfortable. And we still didn’t get the check so we cannot even pay and leave yet. Then the waiter took my phone and started writing the review himself, I wanted him to write what he wanted but didn’t see him just taking my phone away from my view. Hopefully he didn’t do anything with my phone apart from writing the review, but you can imagine the anxiety of someone else using your phone without you seeing what they’re doing.
