Where do I start…Smile Antayla changed my life. I had been desperate to find my smile again after it being destroyed by domestic violence then covering it up wearing clip in veneers. I spoke to Cammy on the phone who is a Scottish business partner, I told him my story without any judgement he listened for an hour and a half. I was embarrassed to send my original teeth but was reassured they could be worked with. I also have complex PTSD and Agoraphobia, partly from having plastic surgery whilst awake on an operating theatre. Dentist chairs’ terrified me, so we agreed sedation would be the best option for the best results. I booked a flight the same night and flew over with my friend within 10 days. Honestly never looked back. I wish I had done it sooner. I was welcomed by Yunus at the airport, taken to the beautiful accommodation included in the price. The first day, was x-rays, a plan and price with Yunus to make sure I was completely happy with the proposed treatment. The clinic is exceptionally clean, staff are more than friendly, light and airy and feels so calming and homely. Dr Aykut and dental nurse Gönül are the kindest, warmest souls who put you at ease, work at your own pace and make sure you are totally prepared and at ease before, during and after any treatment. Sedation was monitored and administered by a professional doctor. My vitals and sats were always monitored. I can’t remember any of the prep work and woke up with no pain. I had my temp teeth fitted and had no complications. I had three fittings before Dr Aykut was completely happy with them, making adjustments until they were completely perfect. This was done over hours of work as the teeth are individually made to suit every person on an individual basis. No set of teeth are the same. This is one thing that made me book with smile antayla, having hand designed and crafted teeth made in a laboratory by a skilled technician. When the final set were ready to fit, it didn’t feel real and I was overwhelmed with emotions. This was the first time I had smiled in over 7 years without hiding it. Smile Antalya gave me my confidence, my smile and a second chance at life back. I will be in forever debt to the earth angels who all are part of the Smile Antalya Team. They really do treat you as though you are part of a family. My two girls have a happy mum back who smiles in photos with them. Something that is priceless to me. If you are thinking about a smile makeover look no further. It was the best 7 days of my life, filled with smiles, laughs and tears! I would do it all over again if I could! I really don't know where to start but can say this place is probably the best dentist I have ever visited. I was planning on having my teeth laser whitened so shopped around before getting to Turkey. I contacted 3 dentists all based in or around Antalya prior to travelling. During my stay I visited 2 and got a rough idea of what I was expecting i.e costs wise and what was involved. 1 of the dentists recommend I should get crowns but thats as far as it went. A local recommend Smile Antalya to me at first I was reluctant as I had not spoken to anyone from the company. The local assured me if I was not comfortable with the price or procedure then I could walk away and not go ahead with the treatment. As I had an appointment booked at another dentist, I thought to give Smile Antalya a chance prior to my other appointment. This was by far the best decision I could have made. Younus the main person in the company first asked what treatment I required. I told him I wanted laser and possibly some crowns. He recommend a x-ray and a general check up. Once this was done he gave me a non obligation quote. I decided to go ahead as this was exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes a decision is not just made on price, other factors have to be taken into account such as: how one makes you feel when going for treatment, the personalised treatment whist at the premises, how the staff treat you. Younas moved heaven and earth to get my treatment done and accommodated me till late in order to get everything done prior to me flying back to the UK. I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ibrahim for my new smile. I can hand on heart say that smile Antalya is the best dentist in Lara beach area and believe me when i say this i have been to quite a few. Dr Ibrahim and he’s team Marrisa, Najla (dental nurse) and the technician were extremely kind and welcoming not to mention how professional and straight forward everything was dealt with, so much that my partner who was against getting dental treatment abroad decided to get treatment also. I have had zirconium crowns put in i was very nervous just like anyone else would be after going through such dental procedure – it did not hurt one bit and if it did i only had to give a hand signal and Ibrahim made sure i got more anaesthetic put in right away. When i first came to this dentist i kept stressing that i wanted crowns that looked natural and let me say i was so impressed to see the final look i couldn’t believe how pretty and yet natural they looked-Dr Ibrahim stayed till nearly 3am making sure everything looked right . I have so much i would like to say about this dentist but would just like to point out all the main important ones for now.
