The staff is extremely RUDE.

They are serving a pathetic breakfast, it's COLD, with No Vegetarian Options. They said Rooms can not be cleaned everyday. Staff is Extremely RUDE and Misbehaved,

We had to Request to get Fresh French fries and we were 30 minutes before the closure of breakfast timming and they refused to serve, they were Angry and Rude as they wanted to close early , the food was all finished, we had to Request , probably BEG to get food by the time we got it, my kid was tired of sitting and wanted to go upstairs, they stopped us very Rudely to take the food though we saw other people taking it to there rooms but we were stopped and the receptionist miss behaved and shouted on me and my Kid.. and then he threatened us that he will call the BOOKING, like seriously.. am I here to get THREATENED, MISBEHAVED??????

This was just not expected and is ridiculous behaviour towards the guests, the Worst Behaviour ever.....we did not pay to be misbehaved, the other lady shouted and asked not to put the bread in the toaster after 10:40 am .. extremely BAD service and Rude and uneducated staff who shout at you and serve you cold food and if food is over they serve you NO Food even if 30 minutes is left...

Very clean and spacious rooms. Service is 24/7 and easy to access. Great for a family stay as you get a fully equipped kitchen, which made or stay easier as we bought in takeaway and could cook for our baby. There are lots of shops and cafes nearby. Though the places to eat arent that well rated, but at least there are options close by. Plenty of parking space. Hotel was very quiet, no noise at all. Breakfast buffet was okay. Though there was variety, taste-wise it wasn’t that great but good enough it you want to start your day with a full stomach. We could request a baby cot as well which was useful. Beach is a short drive away, not sure if there was any on walking distance as there are many resorts with private beaches, we just went to a public beach (Lara plaji) on 5 minutes drive. Our room was big enough to host a small family reunion — two bedrooms and an air con that actually worked (miracles do happen). The cleaning schedule, however, was a bit… creative. You can only get your room cleaned every other day, but only if you tell reception on that exact day, otherwise it’s apparently “see you in 48 hours.” Rumour has it they only have two housekeepers, so I guess they’re being rationed out like rare Pokémon.

The location’s great — right by the main Lara strip. We rented a car to explore because I’d heard the taxis here could be a wallet emptying experience. Plenty of parking outside the hotel, so no need to play Tetris with your car.

Breakfast was… fine. No restaurant or room service, so if you’re hungry after 10am, you’re on your own, soldier. All in all, decent for the price — but I won't...
