We have just spent 7 nights at Miracle hotel. I would recommend this hotel. It has recently been renovated,so everything is new and extremely clean. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious,it had lots of draws /wardrobes for clothes. The mini bar was great,it was refilled everyday unless you leave a do not disturb sign on your door. The staff were friendly, the cleaners clean the room nicely, they are not stingy with toilet paper when I asked for it they were happy for me to take it from the cleaning trolly. There were plenty of towels in the room.I love the fact that there was a tap attached to the toilet for cleaning yourself as this really helps Muslim people. The only negative is that not all the staff spoke English, which I have never experienced in Turkey before as a lot of English people visit. The majority of staff spoke German,so they would have a conversation with the German guests at the dinner table, the staff didn't go out of their way to speak with us.The hotel facilities were great, there was even a small toilet on the ground floor for kids,so my son felt comfortable using that. The main restaurant was really big with lots of variety of food.It was great they had lots of options for kids as my son wanted pizza and chips all the time. The food was really tasty, there was a huge selection of desserts. The baklava was our favourite. The local food in the restaurant was OK,but not as good quality as the adana kebabs, kofta, donar kebabs that you get in the local restaurants outside of the hotel. I would suggest more international cuisines such as Asian,Arabic,South American as people really enjoy Arabic,Indian,Thai, Indonesian and Malaysian food.Ice cream was available for lunch and dinner so my son loved that.At lunch time around the pool area there were variety of restaurants that served pizzas, burgers, jacket potatoes, donar kebabs, koftas as well as the main restaurant which also serves food.Breakfast was served in the main restaurant, there was a variety of food including fruit.I was surprised to see that there was no water melon as Turkey has the most sweetest water melons which we love in UK.There were bars which served a variety of drinks. The bar on the ground floor also served non alcoholic cocktails, which were not made from fresh fruit, but with fruit juice and syrups. This is a great hotel for kids, with a few pools, kids water slides and play area. There was an indoor pool with a small pool for kids. There was a mini club to leave your kids for a few hours to participate in activities or just play in the playground which had slides, swings and other fun rides. The hotel also had a miniature train for kids which ran at 11am and 15:00. My son enjoyed the train ride, but it was only for 5 mins,it's a shame that the train didnt operate throughout the whole day.The hotel also had a games centre which had arcade games, rides, and a pool table. There wasnt evening entertainment at the hotel which suited us fine as we had a 4 year old kid who needed to be asleep by 9pm.I am sure that entertainment will be available during the peak season. For those who decide to stay with kids, please note that the hotels next door and near by have evening entertainment until 12am which gets very loud. There are shops inside the hotel, but they are very expensive,I would suggest going to the local shops or going to BIM supermarket as its a lot cheaper. I was surprised with the price of massages and pedicures in the hotel as they cost a lot more than they do in UK. We were happy with our stay, but on the last night we asked if we could check out 1 hour later at 1pm as that's when our transfer would arrive.Reception said that they will charge us 10 euros to keep the room for 1 hour extra. This was shocking to hear as I'd been to Turkey twice before and visited many countries and no hotel has charged us to keep the room for just 1 hour more. Usually if you keep the room for 2 hours plus...
Read moreIt is with considerable disappointment that I must convey my dissatisfaction with the Miracle Hotel in Antalya, particularly when compared to esteemed family-oriented destinations such as Sharm El Sheikh, Dubai, or Disney resorts. This establishment, whilst ostensibly marketed as a family-friendly resort, is lamentably deficient in several critical areas, including service quality, accessibility, and proactive maintenance, rendering the experience wholly unsatisfactory. The hotel’s sole buffet restaurant, devoid of self-service options, becomes intolerably overcrowded with alarming rapidity. The à la carte dining facility remains either closed or inexplicably underutilised, with tables standing vacant. Communication with restaurant staff is rendered exasperating by their limited command of international English, compounded by a 90cm-high glass sneeze guard that obstructs interaction and exacerbates lengthy queues. Whilst the food is of acceptable quality, freshly prepared with reasonable variety, it lacks culinary imagination and exhibits a monotonous repetition throughout one’s stay, resulting in a tiresome dining experience.Beverage service is equally deficient, reliant on waitstaff who are frequently absent or preoccupied with other duties. One is left with the distinct impression that the establishment’s ethos prioritises minimal provision, making requests for additional servings feel akin to an imposition. Poolside activities and entertainment, though offered throughout the day, are drearily repetitive. The pool area itself is marred by slippery, cracked tiles, posing a hazard that has resulted in minor injuries. Reports of such issues are met with repairs only after an unacceptable delay of four days. The lifeguards, whilst demonstrably competent in emergencies—as evidenced by a proficient sea rescue during my stay—suffer from the same linguistic shortcomings as the restaurant staff, rendering communication challenging. The pool’s water slides are limited, with children under 12 prohibited from using larger slides unaccompanied, despite meeting height and weight criteria. For younger children, smaller slides are available, though parental supervision is mandatory. Adults, regrettably, are offered little in the way of poolside engagement, with no swim-up bar or similar amenities.Access to the sea is facilitated by a footpath from the hotel, leading to a pier equipped with a fridge stocked with water. However, securing sunbeds—whether at the pool or seaside—is an exercise in frustration, necessitating an absurdly early rise between 4:30 and 5:00 AM to reserve a place with a towel. Latecomers are relegated to the grass, as certain European guests, notably from Eastern Europe and Germany, have mastered the art of reserving sunbeds only to appear hours later.Evening entertainment, including organised shows, circuses, and musical performances, provides some respite and is generally commendable. However, the standard of room maintenance is deplorable. Housekeeping is perfunctory, with frequent lapses in replenishing essentials such as shampoo and toilet paper. Requests for rectification are met with discourteous responses from reception, who dismiss such concerns as beyond their purview—an attitude that permeates the staff’s demeanour and undermines any sense of hospitality. In conclusion, the Miracle Hotel possesses latent potential but is grievously let down by its manifold shortcomings. The pervasive lack of commitment to guest satisfaction, coupled with inadequate services and facilities, renders this establishment an unworthy choice for discerning families seeking a truly welcoming and well-maintained holiday experience. Significant improvements are imperative if it is to meet the standards expected of a...

Arrival - easy check in and concierge service to take cases to room
Staff - happy, friendly, helpful. From housekeeping to waiters to bar staff to guest relations.. all went above and beyond.
Housekeeping- my partners birthday and I never said a word, but, they left cake in room and made swans with roses on bed... amazing.
Waiters- always friendly and br8ng drinks all the time.
Bar staff - very friendly and great service.
Guest relations - I lost an item on first night (somewhere in hotel). Emirman did everything possible to get it found and returned to me within days. What a Legend.
Reception - friendly and helpful
Need to mention the pool guy (housekeeping) who is constantly going around offering cushions for sunloungers to make sure guests are comfortable.
Everyday, all of the above say hello, smile and make you feel welcome. All speak enough English to get by and have a bit of chit chat.
Can't speak for entertainment team, but, they are there and friendly.
Hotel Facilities -
Room - Excellent. We'll stocked mini bar (daily) Clean, comfortable, great views, well maintained. No air con, but, it is there.. just not working out of season, which I knew. I'm sure it'll be fine when it gets hotter.
Restaurant - only used the "all inc" restaurant, but it was very well stocked with plenty of choices from around the world. Some people have mentioned "small plates". Yes, they are.. but.. just carry a couple or go back for more.. simple. There are other places to eat. Especially outside. There is a pizzaier, burger bar, ice cream stand, jacket potato stand. All by pool area and excellent.
Pools - Excellent and well maintained. Didnt use indoor pool or smaller heated pool around the side of hotel though.
Bar/Bars - main bar is a little small. Might get very busy peak season. There are others though. Pool bar and beach bar. All well staffed and excellent.
Hotel grounds - very tidy and well maintained.
All of this hotel is cleaned to a 5* standard. The w/c facilities are spotless in all areas too.
So, some people have mentioned work going on around hotel and next door hotel. Yes, there is and Jet2 informed me before travelling. At time of booking this work was not happening. With regards to the work. In this hotel, they are very good. Limit the noise and keep out of the way. End of the day, to keep it top notch, they have to keep it well maintained. Also, I'm not gonna argue about it as I went just outside of season. Titanic (next-door) had pool work going on. Was a bit noisy, but again, when going out of season, these things happen. These hotels are 365, so, if the don't maintain, people will moan they are shabby. No win situation for them really. There was a football team there while we were there. I'd imagine it's a popular destination for teams to go away to and train close season due to sports facilities. They were very well behaved and hardly knew they were there. As for kids running up and down corridors... as mentioned in other reviews... this isnt a hotel issue. Its a parental issue. If you don't want this, book an adults only hotel rather than complain. This hotel is family friendly and personally, didn't affect me or my stay.
Miracle resort is in my top 3 places in the world to stay, now. And the more I think about it, the higher it climbes.
I could go on and on... I have much more to say about this hotel. All good. But I'm gonna leave it here and hope everyone gets the same...
