At least, not the worst variant for a one-day transit stay in Istanbul
We stayed with this hotel to wait for our flight to Greece. We had almost 20 spare hours and, thus, this place was offered as a more comfortable one in terms of suitability and accessibility to the airport. Yes, indeed, this hotel is situated on your way to a new airport but it's very inconvenient if you linger in Istanbul for more than one day since the very city is too far from it and no regular public transport close to it.
They have very few personnel at the reception and therefore, there a lot of guests every time trying to settle different issues - that's a huge operational drawback of its management :(. Besides, the very staff, unfortunately, is very useless since even such a simple task as to order a taxi (we asked three times for that for a particular time) is absolutely unachievable in its accomplishment - that disappointed us even more :))...
The very rooms were clean and spacious enough with good white bedclothes, toiletries and pushy towels; Wi-Fi functioned reliably; and a TV-set has some variable channels in different languages (at least, in English and Spanish). Concerning standard breakfasts... well, it's Turkey and not Spain to expect something delicious :)) - you will not be hungry but do not imagine anything tasty.
Unfortunately, transfers organized by the hotel to the airport are very-very and very unsuitable :( since they offer you to stay at the airport some three hours before your flight...; and thus, be ready to take a taxi by your own :). And be aware and careful - taxi services in Istanbul are very specific - every time they try to overcharge you, every single time and do not provide any checks either receipts if you are not to remind them :(...
Overall, if you have just a one-day transit in Istanbul you could reconcile with staying at this hotel if you have if free of charge or with very significant discounts :).
The very hotel should work hard on its operational management and transfers schedule since these two aspects completely destroy other positive...
Read moreI got shocked by all the comments and reviews for the hotel as I’ve been here for 9 days now and honestly the hotel is good.
I strongly agree that the hotel is far away from everything, so any one choosing it should expect proper distances of travel.
The room was clean 9/10 Bathrooms: need more attention; check the water flow to assure there is enough to pressure. Housing is a little behind the 5-star rate as you have to ask them to vacuum, wipe the bathrooms etc. or else they will not do so 5/10 Room service: they are good, work 24/7 and speak English to the level of understanding what you need. However they require further attention specifically in working and responding at faster paces. 8/10 Facilities: 7 am to 10 pm (I would rather they continue to 12 am) Gym: big and good, provide a wide range of machines to get you toned. 9/10 Swimming pool: large and well maintained 9/10 Jacuzzi: unfortunately not working 0/10 Turkish bath: great as it is well maintained Sauna room: good and matches the theme of the place 9/10 Steam room: works exceptionally well 9/10 Massage center: The room looks great but it is pricey. I haven’t seen any comments on it. care center : hair, nail and pedicure. Unfortunately no one talks about it nor offers a trial on it. Breakfast: I would say its a normal breakfast for a hotel, definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Though as mentioned before the breakfast is quite basic and any additional service will be charged. like omelettes or waffles and more. (I would prefer they serve an international breakfast, I wouldn’t mind being charged on it.)
The hotel Manger Mr.Gökhan Koçok ( i hope i wrote his name correctly) is a professional as he knows how to deal with customers and handles all kinds of situations in a correct manner. Meeting him has been a pleasure, for he has truly proved to deserve the manager role.
Overall: The hotel deserves a 4/5 Recommend for people who own a car and know what they need or want to...

I was waiting for more than 1 hour. Receptionist instead helping us (Turkish airline passanger that waited in there) start helping other "guests" despite they come much later.
After a while I asked, if my turn to get hotel now? I have 3 kids with me. Receptionist told me that they called me first and since I didn't answer they basically did not call me again.
I asked what floor I'm in. He said second floor. I asked if I can go higher. He said I cant because I'm just passanger and they have deal with Turkish airline. I'm fine until here. I understood.
Then after this is the problem. Receptionist, rushed me out, he told me that he is busy when I asked him that he doesn't inform me what time breakfast and my pick up time. I've been waiting for more than an hour and he is too busy and rush me out just because I'm staying as complimentary from Turkish airline. This is problem for me. I feel that I'm NOT treating as human or customer just because im passanger. He keeps telling me that his customer is Turkish airline. I told him I understood but it doesn't make it right that he is being rude to me. Yes I'm passanger, and yes I am a human. Treat customer the same as human regardless the stay is personally funded or complimentary. This incident ruin my view towards Turkish...
