Bitez Adam Otel | Bodrum Bitez — Hotel in Bodrum

We booked this hotel for n.9 nights and on the websites it was look like very nice, huge, and organised. |Once we arrived at the hotel no one came out to help us with luggage, but it’s ok… they helped once we checked in. at the reception no welcoming at all just let me sign a paper , no info about breakfast time, beach ecc. |the “hotel” it’s nice outside at least is a new opening. |The room: big and was clean but: |Shower: water came out and went for all bathroom, we went downstairs to the reception ( no telephone in room) and asked to the guy to help us . They said that had sent someone to check the shower in 20’ min. and that the following day they would have changed the room. NO ONE CAME TO CHECK, NO ROOM CHANGED THE DAY AFTER. We cleaned by ourself. |This was the first day… |NO CLEANER SERVICE: after a day out, when we came back we found our room left like in the morning, we asked to them and they said : 20’ min. will send someone’s to clean and set up. NO ONE CAME .. so rooms not cleaned and not fixed by them . That’s so annoying and looks like a joke…|Every day we will ask at the reception for toilet paper as no one set up the room. |Breakfast: on the website they write : BUFFET BREAKFAST: no buffet at all , but they serve the typical Turkish breakfast, which is very good, but it wasn’t what writing on website. |Understandable English. |We stayed just because around where we were all the hotels were fully booked. I can understand that it’s new opening and probably they need to organise better but all of this it’s not acceptable . |Positive note: new, they guy at the breakfast very kind, nice building, nice entrance welcoming, cool area , full of bars , restaurants around . As a person who travels the world and has been to more than 45 countries, I can say with certainty that the Bitez Adam Otel is an excellent hotel, starting from the reception process to the hotel, escorting the hotel staff to the rooms, a detailed explanation of the hotel and the facilities, a warm courteous attitude and the hotel staff really give a very warm feeling. The hotel is always clean, the hotel facilities are clean and well maintained, the rooms are cleaned every day in a professional and thorough manner. Any words I add will not describe the feeling we felt at the hotel during a week of staying there. I highly recommend this hotel, for those who understand quality and professionalism, this hotel is suitable for them. I will definitely return to this hotel, and I will certainly recommend it to...
