Bitez Tiny House & Beach — Hotel in Bodrum

We're visiting from the United States and came here last year in July 2024.. We enjoyed it a lot and returned this year for the second time and this time we brought 4 of our friends and booked 3 rooms. There is a new management and Mr Ergun was super helpful for our reservation and accommodation. The only problem was the cabins are a little outdated and need some fixing especially fixtures and doors especially the folded ones, which is not a big deal. I know they will do their best for that. We already made our plans for 2026 and we will come back again to Bitez with same group.

[Regarding Beach Access; We enjoyed the beach and the Queen Beach bar last year but unfortunately everything has been changed at the beach. No professionalism, rude behaviors and a terrible attitude all day at the beach. The attitude was lasted all day at the first day but we just let it pass because we were drinking and having fun with friends, just didn’t pay attention much. Although we spend lots of money for the beach service, food and drinks, deliberately received terrible service and treatment by the bar staff. Employee keep insisting to argue with us about beach chair situation although we simply request 6 seats after breakfast regardless of location at the beach. No special request, just to sit at the beach with my family. Everyday we had to waste time talking about beach issue for no reason and listen servers complaints regarding summer season and other tourists behaviors. Entire Bitez beach bars are willing to service my family and calling us, we patiently stayed here for 2 days.. 3rd day early in the morning Beach staff confronted with my family in the middle of the beach about chair issue. Although we were told our chairs are reserved by another server, when we arrived after breakfast, a different server said chairs are reserved for someone else. It was a huge mess! Lots of chair at the beach, all of them are towel reserved and we the hotel guests who spend more than 10,000 TL at the beach everyday had to face this issue unnecessarily. We just walked out of the beach to end this dumb argument, rude behavior and attitude towards my family and went to the next bar who are more welcoming, warm, friendly and kind, and received an outstanding service, lunch, drinks, cocktails and snacks following 2 days and spent about 50,000 TL. We already made plans for the next year in Bitez again for 8 people but not coming back again to this bar for the next summer. The worst was we’re stopped by the server 3rd day at Bitez beach road, he tried to apologize but still trying to give excuses, complaining about other tourists, misunderstandings and giving explanation…etc. regarding beach chair issues which were not interested in anymore. Last day we saw her at the restaurant and he approached to a couple during breakfast and told them that their chair is ready, looking forward them at the beach and he was so kind and nice… That was like a joke! All they needed to be is to apologize and find an immediate solution right away instead of escalating this issue that much for 6 guests! It is just unfortunate.. Hope they get better and improve their service quality, because we love Bitez, will coming back again, business is tough and they work so hard during...

TR/ENG Öncelikle yorumlara bakarak çok büyük bir hevesle doğayla iç içe diyerek geldik, lakin odalar aşırı havasız kokuyor banyo giderinden koku bütün odaya yayılıyor, klimalar çok eski, vantilatör bile daha iyi iş görürdü, nevresimlerin temiz olduğuna kendinizi inandırırsanız şanslısınız, havlular delik delik ve eskiydi defalarca havlu değiştirdik fakat yine aynı yine aynı, yerler leş gibi, doğayla o kadar iç içe ki odada her türlü böcek (kulakböceği??) sinek tahtakurusu mevcut. girmeden sordum fakat yeni ilaçlama yapıldı dendi ona da inanırsanız şanslısınız yoksa uyuyamazsınız, resepsiyon bir sinek ilacı bile bulundurmuyor, içerde bir kanepe de var belki bahçedeki çıtkırıldım sandalye yerine kanepeye oturmak isterseniz sigara delikleri plaj kumu ile keyifli oturmalar dilerim, klozete oturunca bacaklarınız koridorda kalıyor çünkü klozeti sağolsunlar duvara sıfır yaptıkları için yan oturup bacaklarınızı koridora uzatıp işinizi görebilirsiniz, klozet giderinden full böcek trafiği aktif harikaydı sürekli tetikte olmak muhteşem bi deneyimdi. ücreti girerken ödeyip bir gece daha dayanamayıp erken çıkış yaptık beyefendi sağolsun 750 tl ek ödeme istedi? 3 gece ödedik 2 gece kaldık teknik olarak onların bize borçlu olması gerekirdi? dolaba bir şişe su dahi koymamışsınız otel demeye bin şahit istiyor gerçekten. ayrıca bir adet tuvalet kağıdı koymak nedir yahu bari kontrolünü yapın şu housekeeping olayının, şampuan duş jeli ve saç kremi içindeki sıvılar aynı bir de? la havle la havle

ENG We came here really excited after reading the reviews, thinking it would be a peaceful nature escape. But honestly, the rooms are super stuffy and smell terrible — there’s a constant stench coming from the bathroom drain that spreads throughout the whole space. The air conditioners are ancient; a basic fan would’ve worked better. If you can convince yourself the bed sheets are clean, consider yourself lucky. The towels? Full of holes and completely worn out. We asked for replacements several times — same deal every time.

The floors were filthy. And yes, you’re definitely “one with nature” here — the room was crawling with bugs (I think I saw an earwig?), flies, and bedbugs. I asked about pest control before checking in, and they said they’d just sprayed the place. If you believe that, good for you — otherwise, good luck getting any sleep. They don’t even have basic insect repellent at reception.

There’s also a couch in the room — probably meant to be an alternative to the fragile garden chairs — but it’s full of cigarette burns and beach sand, so… enjoy sitting. The toilet? Placed flush against the wall, so you can only sit sideways with your legs stretching into the corridor — very innovative. And from the drain beneath it, a constant flow of bugs. Truly thrilling to be on high alert all the time.

We paid up front for three nights but couldn’t survive past two. When we checked out early, the gentleman at the desk kindly asked for an extra 750 TL? Technically, we should be the ones getting a refund, not the other way around. There wasn’t even a single bottle of water in the minibar. Honestly, calling this a hotel feels like a stretch.

Also — one roll of toilet paper? Really? At least check the housekeeping situation. And the shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner? All the exact same mystery...

Burada altı gün konakladık. Kötü bir deneyim yaşadığımızı söyleyemem ama mükemmel, kesinlikle gidilmesi gereken bir yer olduğunu da söyleyemem. Öncelikle gittiğimiz gün odaya giriş saatinde odamız yeni temizlenmeye başladı. Kırk dk odanın temizlenmesini bekledik. Konakladığımız sürede oda temizliği istedik. Temizliğin 15-17 arasında olduğu söylenmişti. 18e doğru biz odaya gittikten sonra temizlik başladı. Bunlar ufak tefek aksamalar gibi görünse de söylenen ve yazılan bilgilere otelin uyması gerektiğini, işletmecilerin buna göre davranması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. İkinci gün elektrik gitti ve bunun akabinde su da gitti. Evet elektriğin gitmesi işletmeyle alakalı bir durum değil ama buna gerekli önlem alınmadığı çok belliydi. Bununla beraber biz gidip sormadan kimse bir bilgilendirme yapmadı. Bu bilgilendirme ve iletişim sorununun genel olarak yaşandığını da söyleyebilirim. Bunların dışında odalar gayet geniş, güzel ve yeterli alana sahipti. Ancak otelin sitesinde yazan ve fotoğrafta olan ocak odaya gittiğimizde yoktu ve kaldırıldığını söylediler. Mutfak dolapları vardı ancak içi boştu. Bu bilgilendirme eksikliğinden dolayı mutfak alışverişi yapıp gitseydik sıkıntı yaşayabilirdik. internet sitesindeki bilgilendirme güncellenmeli. İnternet sitesiyle ilgili bir diğer bilgilendirme sorunu da otele özel plajın olduğunun söylenmesi ancak gittiğimizde böyle bir şeyin olmadığını gördük. Otelin anlaşmalı olduğu plajda bir işletme var. İşletmeyle ilgili bir problem yaşamadık, bize özel indirim de yapıldı ancak bunun çok çok büyük bir bilgilendirme eksikliği olduğunu düşünüyorum. Otele ait özel plaj varsa vardır yoksa neden böyle bir şey yazıldığını anlayamadık. Kahvaltı tabağının içeriği çeşitliydi ancak kahvaltının kalitesinin değiştirilip seçenekli hale getirilebileceğini düşünüyorum. Genel olarak yorum yapacak olursam başta da belirttiğim üzere kötü bir deneyim yaşamadık, bir sorun çıktığında işletmecilerin çözmek için ellerinden geleni yapması, odalar, otelin sahile yakınlığı iyi özelliklerken bahsettiğim durumlardan ötürü mükemmel bir deneyim olmadığını, bir daha tercih etmek için aklımda soru işaretleri barındırdığını söyleyebilirim. Tercih edecek olanların da bunları bilmesi gerektiğini...
