One of the worst hotel experiences I have had around the world. Don't give them even a penny upfront before going there. They'll saying their bookings are non-refundable and you have to pay upfront. But if you pay, then your money is gone. These people are frauds. We were 2 families on a holiday. We arrived late in the evening in Bodrum. On arrival, they refused to give us the booked rooms, saying that the hotel was full. They said it was impossible to give the rooms? Impossible to give rooms to a 100% non-refundable booking? What does that even mean?We had made a reservation for 3 nights for 2 suites for 2 families with kids - 100% prepaid upfront - 3 weeks in advance!!! The Manager of the hotel was absent from the property. She was the one who had charged someone else also for our rooms and given it to them!! She outright refused to come to the hotel to talk to us after repeated calls for over 3 hours. The guy at the front desk was a student who had no clue about anything. Eventually, we pushed him to escalate this to the owner of the hotel, but he got no response from him. We thought there should be someone who would be answerable to guests that why they had taken our prepayment, but didn't have rooms for us? All that the reception guy said to us was that he doesn't have much authority or knowledge why our rooms were given to someone else. He said "I understand this is very wrong and is cheating." We were sitting at their reception till 3am asking them to give us our rooms. Finally, they told us that we have 2 small beds available, we can just take those or we can go to another hotel!! Foreign country, foreign town, how dare a hotel tell a paying guest to go another hotel at 3am? Frustrated, hopeless, and tired at that time of the night, we had no choice but to somehow pass the night. So we slept on small beds - 6 people on 2 double beds! Come the time of breakfast the next day, they told our kids that the food is over and no more was available. I have never seen another hotel where they've run out of food at breakfast! We tried to ask why, nicely, but they were the rudest, nastiest bunch of people. So we just gave up. We just had whatever was available and got down to finding a new hotel to stay. It a shame to even call this a hotel. It wouldn't even qualify for a charity food bank! So my advice to anyone coming from another city, do not book this hotel if you expect the booking to be there on your arrival in Bodrum. These guys have no concept of hospitality, no concept of business, they're cheating people who are coming from out of town by charging upfront, making it non-refundable, and then not honoring their bookings on arrival. How are these guys even allowed to operate a hotel?

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had €2600 in my bag when I left the room, but when I came back, I found that €100 was missing, even though I had specifically told the housekeeper not to enter. The hotel does not look as good as the pictures, and the overall quality was poor. During breakfast at the buffet, one of the staff members kept staring at me the whole time, as if the food was being given for free, which made me very uncomfortable. The breakfast itself was not worth it; nothing special. After the theft, the hotel refunded me for the remaining 3 days of my stay and offered to let me stay those days for free, but they still charged me for the first 2 days. I didn’t feel safe staying there any longer, so I left early and had to buy a new plane ticket to return home sooner than planned. When I checked reviews on Google and other platforms, I found that I wasn’t the only one—many other guests have had their money stolen too.

Firstly, thanks to this place that they didn't charge for early check-in. Breakfast was also good with a bit more options compared to traditional Turkish breakfast, food was fresh. But the rest of things in this hotel were disaster. Room was tiny that we can't even open our suitcase, it looked bigger on a photo. There was no organised place to put our belongings. They set cupboard blocking the window that you can't keep window open, fresh air was not coming to the room. Because of that there was fungus in a room and inside of cupboard. Shower cabin was covered with fungus as well. Bathroom door was not closing at all. Generally bathroom didn't look like on the photo, it was much more old and dirty. Bed linen was peeling, blanket was smelly like they didn't wash it for a long time. When my boyfriend went to reception to talk about problems described above staff have not provided any solution and generally behaved like they didn't care at all.

During my recent trip to Bodrum, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Centro, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure, the hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.

One aspect of our stay that truly stood out was the exceptional treatment we received from the hotel's employees. The level of service and genuine hospitality was truly commendable. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, every member of the hotel's staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request or inquiry we had. Their warm smiles and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

One particular highlight of our experience at Hotel Centro was the flexibility and generosity shown by the staff regarding our late check-out. We had a late evening flight and wanted to make the most of our last day in Bodrum. When we inquired about the possibility of a late check-out, the staff graciously accommodated our request, allowing us to enjoy the pool area until late in the day. This gesture created a perfect ending to our vacation, as we were able to relax, soak up the sun, and take full advantage of the hotel's amenities before our departure.

Speaking of the pool area, it was a true oasis of relaxation. The pool itself was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The tranquil ambiance, coupled with the attentive poolside service, made for a truly enjoyable experience. We spent hours lounging by the pool, sipping refreshing drinks, and indulging in delicious snacks from the hotel's poolside bar. It was the perfect way to unwind and make the most of our extended check-out time.

The hotel itself was modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff ensured that our room was spotless and well-stocked throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the vibrant Bodrum nightlife.

In conclusion, Hotel Centro in Bodrum exceeded our expectations in terms of service, hospitality, and accommodating our late check-out request. The outstanding treatment we received from the hotel's employees, coupled with the enjoyable pool area and convenient location, made for a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Centro to anyone visiting Bodrum and seeking a hotel that values its guests and provides an...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Centro hotel, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the care and attention provided by Mrs Seda and the staff made our stay memorable.

First and foremost, Mrs seda deserves a special mention for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Her dedication to ensuring every guest felt at home was evident in every interaction. She was always available to address any queries or concerns, and her genuine interest in our comfort was truly appreciated.

The breakfast provided each morning was delicious. The variety of options catered to everyone's tastes, must try their pepper paste spread. We felt like we were indulging in a homemade feast each morning.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was situated in a peaceful and scenic area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it was conveniently close to local attractions and activities suitable for families. We enjoyed exploring the nearby marina. Try the bar / garden , next door "Den"

Overall, I can't thank the manager and the staff enough for their care and dedication in making our stay at the family-oriented bed and breakfast hotel so wonderful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Thank you once again, and we look forward to visiting again in the...
