I can say that this is the worst hotel that I have stayed in my life. On the day I checked in to the hotel, they said they couldn't change the bed linen, pillowcases and towels because their contracted cleaner didn't deliver them the clean ones. I was asked to use the previous customer’s towels and pillowcases. The room was filthy with hair and garbage everywhere. There were wet towels on the floor, the trash can was full. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but they said the staff who would clean the room were also on leave and the room could not be cleaned. I get to my room, and it's incredibly filthy. There is hair everywhere from the previous guest. The sink, the floor, even found lots of hair in the bed. Not to mention there is a dirty towel full of hair still damp. They said they will fix it tomorrow. The first night I had to make covers out of my t-shirts to lay my head on the pillow. There is no way I can explain the stains on the towels and the sheets. The next day, they brought new sheets, pillowcases and towels but they were extremely dirty. The electricity was constantly cut off in the hotel and the air conditioners did not work. Since the air conditioner is not working, the room is hot as hell, and if you open the window, flies fill in because the mosquito nets are shattered. You can't take a shower because the water is out. I even brought a plastic bottle and water with me from the municipal cafe across the hotel to pour it into the toilet. The minibar in the rooms is empty, not even water. The pool in the hotel is cloudy and the bottom is full of garbage, because the electricity is out and the purifier does not work either. Also, there is no one to clean the pool. That's why the pool is full of dirt and grime. In a word, the concept of hygiene in the hotel is zero. None of the employees are wearing masks. I had to wait a few days and leave the hotel early. I can say that it is an extremely dirty and neglected hotel with zero service|There are so many other hotels within walking distance. I do not recommend staying here simply because it's not sanitary understanding. By the way, the room fee is at the same level as 5...
Read moreI spend 3 nights in this hotel in period of Kurban Bayram, together with my fiancé and our stay here was wonderful. Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood but close to the seaside walking area.||Swimming pool is large enough, very clean and warm water.||Hotel is typically boutique, with large terraces and stairs. Our room had space enough for 2 persons and cleaning was assured daily, including change of towels and cosmetics for shower.||||First day when we arrived, because my stomach was a few bad, I hesitated to order meals in restaurant. But, Erkan Bey and his wife recommended me a "yogurt soup" which was delicious and really acted as a medicine for my stomach. In all days, breakfast was very good, fresh meals , fruits and vegetable.||||Personnel was very kind and polite and always smiling and prompt answering to our requests.||||Last night of our stay here it was a small incident with a group of tourist which came at swimming pool, after midnight, with drinks and talking with high voice disturbing by noise tourists accommodated in hotel.||Owner, Erkan Bey came and explained them firm but very polite that need to respect rules of the hotels (forbidden to use swimming pool after 20:30), otherwise he will need to call for police. I appreciate his attitude, correct and profesionist.||||I highly recommend this hotel and thanks to all personal, they made our stay here...
