California Apart Hotel — Hotel in Fethiye

I have traveled a lot over the years, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place is old, dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. The sheets were visibly stained, the sofa was filthy, and the entire place smelled like mold and humidity.|There was no fridge to keep our water and food cold. |We stayed in a ground floor unit right by the pool, and there was zero privacy, anyone walking by could see directly into our room, curtains ares transparents. The air conditioner remote was missing, and when we asked the manager, he casually told us the previous guests must have taken it. He just turned the AC on manually, meaning we had no control over it. It was either freezing or nothing at all – and only the bedroom had air conditioning. The living room was unbearably hot, making it miserable for our children, who became unwell from the heat.|The TV didn’t work properly, the image was all blurry, and the Wi-Fi was terrible, barely usable. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that it was not possible.|Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel was unkempt and uncared for as we walked in.||We were shown into the most meagre, dirty, squat-like room through a door where you had to fight with the lock to open/close it.||The room had filthy marks all over the doors and walls and obviously hadn’t been properly cleaned for a very long time. It had two dirty old pairs of shoes left on an open shelf presumably from the last occupants.||The bathroom was foul. Stains all along the floor and lower walls, with two broken inlets opening directly into the sewerage. A filthy floor scraper was left thoughtfully by the shower. I think someone in the next room had just pooed as it smelled predominantly of fresh excrement, overlying the background smell of old sewage.||We complained stating the room was unacceptable and were told ‘this is normal room..’||It was certainly nothing like the advertisement.||For goodness sake don’t even consider this dreadful place, you’ll...

Never again no hot water in the morning so it's a 1 star for me the mold on bathroom door at the bottom. The curtains that don't cover the whole window while people walked past the accessible window that reminded me of the maddie mc can case and the interconnecting door thay lead to the reception room with a single bed shoved in front of it. No staff on reception as they were sleeping when we arrived. It's cheap but not cheerful. It was a horror movie not needing any actors it's the big sliding windows in the room in the morning the window is eye level with the pool so we got to see people walking past in the morning looking right at us a big crack from the top to the bottom of the window lean on that it willost likely shatter.
