Melaike OTEL — Hotel in Foça

In the very small village of Foça, the Melaike hotel represents a really cozy and inexpensive choice for a nice stay in this little pearl of Mediterranean sea. The hotel is very easy to reach (by foot) once arrived to the Foça center with public transportation from Izmir bus station and it is situated in a quiet position in a midpoint between the entertainments of the night life and the tranquility of the countryside. The staff of the hotel is extremely kind and helpful about all your requests from the payment solutions to the suggestions on the nearests sea places and daily activities. A wonderful egean breakfast is served in the morning in the front garden of the hotel where you can enjoy homemade pastry and freshly bought vegetables together with eggs, cheese and sweets and seasonal fruit while drinking your favourite cold or hot beverage in the reinvigorating clean open air far from the city. The room are very comfortable and clean even if small. Each one has tv, free wifi coverage, a bathroom and a balcony. Certainly the rooms facing the sea are more charming. The hotel website is completely reliable. The ideal period to visit this place is the summer. I suggest it mainly for couples looking for relaxing holidays...

Oteli fiyat performans olacağını düşünerek secmistik. Bu fiyata çok fazla bir beklentimiz zaten yoktu. Ancak bu kadarını beklemezdik. Böyle lokal yerler için iletişim sıcaklık önemli bizce. Odalar: Kucuk. Balkonlu on tarafta minik bir deniz manzarası var. Temizlik: Ilk girdiğimizde temizdi ancak devamında olması gereken temizlik, odada eksik tuvalet kağıdı,sabun tedarigi yoktu. Yatak rahat degildi, kendi dönüşlerime uyandım. Tuvaletten koku geliyordu. Kahvaltı yok.

Teknik olarak otel değil bir pansiyon olarak düşünmek daha doğru olur. Konumu limana ve carsiya yakın yurume gidip geliniyor. Ancak tavır üslup muamele adı her neyse bizi epey şaşırtan bir işletme oldu. 3. Günde temizlik istedik, yapmayacaklarıni söylediler hatta 5 Yıldızlı otel haricinde hiçbir yer yapmıyor diye bir genelleme yaptılar. Hayatımızda ilk defa otelde kalmadığımiz için neyse ki bizi buna inandiramadilar. 4. Gun 12 gibi kahvalti icin ciktik odamıza bir süre sonra döneceğimizi söylediğimiz halde temizliğe başlanmıştı. İhtiyaçlarımızı gidermek için odaya girmek isteyince temizliği yarım bıraktı ve sizi bekleyemem zamanım yok şeklinde otelin sahibesi olan Selma hanım bize cevap verdi yapamam bu şekilde tek çalışıyorum aşağısı boş vb şeyler söyledi. Boş olan yer lobi. Akşam döndüğümüzde temizlik yapılmamıştı sebebi de bizim odamıza girmemizmis böyle söylendi. Yalnızca yer supurulmus yastık kılıfı değişmiş. 6 gün kalacağımız bu yerde çok temel bir hizmet olan temizlik hizmeti verilmemektedir. Zaten sonucunda yapılan temizlikte yalnizca yastik kiliflari değiştirildi carsaf ve pikeyi değiştirmediler. Birde üzerine 1700 tl verip oteli mi satın aldığınızı zannediyorsunuz dendi.. (oda ucreti 1700 tl degildi:) Oteli işleten hanımefendi ve beyefendi aynı zamanda temizliği yapıyor. Akşamları güvenlik olarak beyefendi kapıda ve lobide duruyor ancak güvenli olmadığını düşünüyorum tek kalıyor olsam tedirgin olurdum. (Bir kadın olarak) Görsellere eksikleri ekleyeceğim. Madem otel böyle bunları da gidersinler insanlar elini sifonun pis yerine sokmak zorunda değil duş başlığı kenarlarından sizdiriyor madem böyle bir yer isletiyorsunuz eksikleri giderip yılda bir kez tatile çıkan insanları mağdur etmemeniz gerekiyor birde üzerine 20 yaş ergen muhabbeti hiç çekilmiyor. Bazı şeyler çok temeldir. Personeliniz eksikse bunu da belirtmeniz gerekir kimse suratsız bir isletmeciyi haketmiyor. Şimdi otelin sahibesi muhtemelen diger yorumlardaki gibi bunlara da tek tek cevap yazacaktır, bize yapmadığı işin yapmak istemediği işin cevabını da saçma gerekçeler sunarak vermişti:) ornek pandemi referanslari Foca çok güzel bu oteli asla tavsiye etmiyorum etrafında aynı ayarda hatta daha uyguna oteller var. Internetten geri ödemesiz almamış olsak tatilimze burada...

We only arrived at around 10pm at night due to our flight.||We got greeted on arrival by our host Salma. She was eager to show us our room with a warm welcome she led us upstairs and even gave us a choice of a couple of rooms to choose from.||The room we chose was so spacious. It had two balcony's, two couches (One a sleeper coach), spacious bed, fridge etc. Anything you could really want.||The Hotel was clean, comfortable and what really made it special was Salma.|We got back one day and she had baked a little something for us as well.||Always there with a smile and being very helpful.||It is super close to the beach, shops and the mountains and I will definitely stay there again in the future!!!||Thank you for your hospitality and I do not hesitate to recommend the Melaike Hotel.||PS the internet...
