My Home Garden — Hotel in Kadıköy

This hotel promotes itself as a feel-like home hotel, but it honestly did not feel like that at all. We found bedbugs all over the bed, the bedsheets were not cleaned at all for five days. There were stains on the pillow covers. Apparently you need to ask the housekeeper to clean the sheets, which I have never experienced in any hotel. The wifi was very bad. Café and restaurant looked very outdated, small and unhygienic. Also I didn’t see a functional kitchen. The rooms were nothing like the pictures, the furniture is outdated and damaged. Most things are great e.g. clean, location etc. However, I should mention why I am giving 3/5. The management's mentality is pretty mean. For a family of 3 people, two nights, they gave two tea bags for only two cups of tea!!! coffee pack was older, no sugar. There was only one toilet tissue, when we asked they gave us another one!!! The hotel is at a good location, the price is reasonable. But the room really needs upgrade. The silicon around shower is black, there is soap gunk inside the toothbrush holder, the toilet is not very clean, the fridge has yellow stain inside, the floor is cracked.
