Escape İstanbul — Attraction in Kadıköy

Don't trust them booking online, they can cancel you any time! I booked Escape room with them for 2 persons on the website and it was written that the reservation is Successful. Just before I made the reservation I was talking with the owner on phone and he confirmed that the time I want to come is still available. I took taxi from the European side of Istanbul to the Asian side where they are located. Less than one hour before my appointment the owner called me. First he said that there is another group that made booking at same time so I can not come, after that he said that he will vall me back after 1 minute and when he called he said that he didn't received my booking so it looks like it was not succesfuly made. Most probably they were group of more people so he would earn more money… As I read the reviews this is not happening for...

We were amazed at the number of rooms this escape room had, and the decor was also good. However, the gamemaster came 20 minutes late, and left us standing in front of the door another 5 minutes while he cleaned up the escape room. The puzzles were sometimes tiring and not intuitive, and we had some communication issues when it came to hints because of the language barier. Few things were automatic, it was more of a classic escape room experience, and because we were the first customers of the day, it was very cold. It's been 3 days and we still haven t recived our pictures. It s an okay experience but there are definetely better...

I tried many escape rooms in many places and this one was the most disappointing, it is not professional, they didnt give us an introduction about the story before we started, we entered directly, the speakers in the room were bad we could barely hear anything clear and the moderator was VERY rude with us and impatient because we couldnt hear him, the room itself was interesting and nice but the service we got is what ruined the experience. there are much better escape rooms with similar prices. also they only take cash and they didnt inform us...
