I want to highlight the spa area because it was something indescribable. 1) big thanks to Ramazan, who works in the administration, only because of him we got to know what offers there are for massages, and he was always interested in answering any question. Always followed up to the list and reminded about them in advance. Really kind guy with big heart 2) Muslim, who is the manager of the spa. I’m thankful to him, because there wasn't a day when he didn't come to me and ask me - is everything satisfactory, did i like everything in the spa, etc., which was very nice, but he is definitely also interested helping in any other issue that worries you. 3) And somebody who made me felt in love with massages - Ozcan. He randomly fell into my first massage as a masseuse. After this massage, I decided in favor of 3 others and i didnt know who will make other massages and i didnt even care, because my friends also had only good impresion. I can say that I do not regret it. The spa area offers a large number of services for a really good prices, you just have to find what you want. Ozcan was great, he has incredibly good hands and every massage was beyond great. Technically, the massages were excellent, but it is also worth mentioning that he finds problem areas very quickly and directs his attention to them. Also the care, I felt very cared for. He helped to wrap the towel, washed the hair, after the massage also helped to get up, wrapped in towels, brought shoes and also brought tea. Its massages are definitely worth it, especially if the staff working there have hands of gold and so good energy, that is impossible to not feel.

Administration - very responsive staff. Olga, Mehmet, Niko, Omer and everyone else. Helped with every question and always came up with solutions. Therefore, if there are any questions or complications, you can always turn to them. Of course, we cannot forget to mention Shahin, who is an administrator and assistant in restaurant matters. A very responsive and approachable person. When we applied for the restaurant, we managed to move the reservation and he found a place, even if it was full. He is smiling, nice and caring person. You always turn to him when you have questions about the restaurant, because he will help you sort everything out. Accordingly, a visit to a restaurant is something unimaginable, several appetizers, soups, salads, second courses, sweets, everything is well thought out and you can feel that a person does his job from the heart.

I will mention Mahmut as the last one. Mahmut is an incredibly good helper at the hotel. Mahmut showed and told us everything on the first day. Showed great care to make sure we had everything. If there were misunderstandings, then Mahmud helped to resolve them. Very great humanity, kindness am vibe comes from him. I thank him for everything, because he was the support I could turn to. Also, Im thankful to him for organizing my birthday surprise, thanks to him I felt very welcome. Of course, I also want to thank everyone else, whose names I didn't mention, because the staff is big, so I can't even name everyone, but everyone did their part to make this trip the best we've ever been. I really appreciate and I am glad that our first hotel option was canceled and we ended up here. I will definitely come back, because even if you don't look at technical nuances or repair issues, I felt at home here, I would even say like family, and that is very important. That's why all the small technical imperfections didn't seem so important because the staff was so good that when I left I wanted to stay and felt very sad feelings. Of course, thank you all and hopefully me...

You can tell that this hotel was once quite nice, but unfortunately, it's showing its age. The walls are scuffed, the rooms have poorly functioning air conditioning, and the plumbing is problematic—not only in the rooms but also in the spa area. Many facilities are out of service, including what used to be a game room with billiards.

There’s clearly not enough staff, and those who are there look tired and overworked—you often see the same people working both early in the morning and late at night, covering different roles.

There is a coffee room where you can request espresso-based drinks, but unless you specifically ask, you might end up with coffee from a vending machine. There's also equipment for filtered coffee, but it seems to be just for decoration—they don’t actually use it.

The restaurant is average at best. It seems like the staff is trying, but it's obvious that corners are being cut. The cold cuts and cheese are low quality, and while there is usually meat available, it's limited to just one or two options. Sometimes it’s easier to wait for the snack bar at the beach, where you can get grilled turkey, chicken, fish, or burgers.

Two highlights are hotel’s location and the beach, that is well-equipped but unfortunately, it’s too small for the number of guests. Staff often reserve good spots for locals or try to upsell shady cabanas even though identical ones nearby are supposedly free. It leaves you feeling like the hotel—and the whole of Kemer, to be honest—is trying to squeeze every cent out of you.

Beach music is loud and monotonous, but the animation is thankfully low-key, which I actually appreciated.

In the end, most of the hotel's services feel like they’re just there to tick boxes rather than provide real value. It could be a great place with some proper investment and care, but for now, it’s hard to recommend.

Pros ➕: Good location Nice beach (well-equipped, sand in shades zone) Snack bar with decent grilled options Low-key animation (subjective, but may be a plus for some) Espresso drinks available if specifically requested

Cons ➖: Aged, worn-down interiors (walls, furniture) Poor air conditioning in rooms Plumbing issues in rooms and spa Understaffed Many facilities non-functional (and Filter coffee equipment) Coffee machines in restaurants Mediocre restaurant quality Cheap cold cuts and cheese Limited variety of meat dishes Beach area too small for guest capacity Overall sense of cost-cutting and minimum-effort service

Other Feature Wi-Fi (free and available is some rooms, not available on a beach) Pool (outdoor pool is working with 2 small slides, indoor seems non-functional) Spa / Wellness (available for free, but Plumbing issues, half of facilities are out of order, but I haven’t tried paid option) Room is clean, but aged Bed is comfortable, pillow is not which is subjective, but per my understanding there...

I absolutely love this hotel, this was the best trip I have ever had. Of course, as in all places, there are pros and cons. I'll start with the cons: - WiFi is the biggest minus, but every time I really needed it, i just asked it to hotel personal and they helped me. - rooms. The design of the hotel itself is excellent, but there are many nuances that should be improved. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, but the little things need to be fixed and renewed, because what is a small thing for one person is a big problem for another.

I can definitely mention food, entertainment and the area as pluses. Food - a very large selection. The only nuance is that there could be a little more seafood, because there was basically none, although the Mediterranean Sea offers such a wide range of options. Of course, thanks also to Smeija, who is responsible for the quality of the food. The food was really tasty. Also thank you to every one who works in kitchen, chefs and waiters, because they all were very helpful in anything i needed. Good service.

Emre is the best entertainment manager. He really thinks of others. The first night we came to this hotel there was this opportunity to go to the local club and it was scary, because it was all new for us, but he tooked care of us, he called us taxi, he stayed with us all night and he kept asking if everything is Okey. That was really nice experience. Other time Emre ask us to come join and play jenga, cards, he even organised disco nights and aeirobica. It’s really nice that you can feel good in a new place, just because Emre helps you to get a long and feel better, because you can feel how important it is for him. I really recommend him, if you come to this hotel, Find him and ask any help with entertainment you need!

Area - the area is fantastic. Relaxation area and sunbathing area - excellent. The yard, the garden is tidy, the staff also carefully monitor the terrace and terrace cushions, bring tea and simply make sure that being in the area is a great experience. The biggest + for this hotel is the staff, so far I have not met such responsive staff in any hotel, starting with the cooks, Finally with technicians if something needed to be fixed. The staff is simply gold and thanks to the staff I can say that all the small imperfections also seem like trifles, because even if something is detected, it is paid attention to and if possible, it is solved...

This was our first trip to Antalya Turkey 🇹🇷 the hotel had great reviews so couldn’t wait to go. We had always had Amazing memories of every other hotel we had stayed at in other parts of Turkey. The outside looked Amazing so couldn’t wait to start our hoilday. Unfortunately the staff are so miserable and unhappy it started to make us feel that way everyday. Apart from the Reception team and coffee shop staff. The Beach bar staff were so unbelievably unhelpful and so miserable made us not want to eat there. They say 4 restaurants yet we get there to be told the sushi restaurant upstairs was closed the Turkish and the Italian were so booked up we had to wait 6 days to get in the Turkish one and it was so disappointing yet again the food was terrible to the point the lady sat next to us changed her meal then left and went into the main restaurant, We barley touched our food and left and went and got something else from outside. The whole feel for the main restaurant was disappointing and depressing that everyone was unhappy and no smiles made us feel unhappy. Never felt this in any other hotel before. The spa staff were nice and the massage was amazing but the spa needs a good clean, the towels didn’t smell fresh and just didn’t smell like a spa it was in need of a good clean. One day we had no hot water in the hotel, it can’t be helped but yet again something else. We had to ask for clean towels as they were not left either. I felt like I had gone to Russia for a hoilday as the majority of the guests were Russian and even the notices in the lift were in Turkish, English and Russian. We sat on the beach part of the hotel and they were playing Russian music. I missed the Turkish charm and the lovely Turkish ways of being nice and helpful. Instead we had grumpy, miserable people and everyone talking in Russian. Wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The area is lovely in Kerma and the restaurants are lovely and staff really lovely as we had to eat out to get away from the bad feel at the hotel. The views of the hotel balcony were nice just a shame about the hotel it self.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Türkiz, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for our entire holiday. First and foremost, Shahin, the PR of the hotel, deserves a special mention. His friendly demeanor and unwavering commitment to ensuring our stay was exceptional truly stood out. He went above and beyond to assist us with any requests and provided us with invaluable local insights that made our experience unforgettable. The service at Imperial Türkiz was nothing short of outstanding. The staff consistently displayed a level of professionalism and attentiveness that is rarely seen. Our every need was anticipated and met with a smile, making us feel pampered and valued throughout our stay. One highlight of our stay was the incredible pizzas crafted by the talented Fatih, the pizza master. The pizzas were not just delicious but also made with the freshest ingredients, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Fatih's passion for his craft was evident in every bite. And let's not forget Gül, the bartender extraordinaire. Her cocktails were truly a work of art. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying an evening at the bar, her creations were consistently delightful. Her attention to detail and creativity in mixology added an extra layer of enjoyment to our holiday. In conclusion, our stay at Imperial Türkiz was a dream come true, thanks to the exceptional team, the management. And especially huge thanks to Mr. Hüsein the general manager of Imperial hotel chains. And their dedication to providing top-notch service. From Shahin's warm welcome to Fatih's delectable pizzas and Gül's exquisite cocktails, every moment was a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. We can't wait to return and experience the magic of Imperial Türkiz once again. Thank you!

The hotel was the worst we stayed in ever. The cleanliness is poor, especially in the restaurant.Dirty glasses and tables, same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner .Poor choice of food:limited fruits, few tasteless main meals to choose from ,always meat with bones- fish with bones, chicken on the grill with bones.Desserts only look different but they repeat every single one with 5 different decorations to make it look like you have choice .Cats everywhere and on the tables where your cutlery sits too.Plate coasters got only wiped off with dirty cloth. You can not have proper coffee as 1.Coffee is disappointingly awful 2.Coffee house opens 10am Meal times are not convenient, lunch only 12:30-14:00.At the end of our stay we preferred to eat out.Beach bar serves better chicken (at least you got chicken fillet ,plus fries and rice) than the one served in restaurant.Breakfast is so poor we only eat pancakes/fried eggs.Nothing to choose from indeed. Room was dusty and not properly cleaned during our stay.No lights and felt very dark even during the day.Only few night lights are in the room. No lights over the mirror to do your make up,no lights in the entrance and over the wardrobe (you get used to staying in darkness) No music or entertainment in the hotel.Rooftop bar doesn’t work (reason why I picked up this hotel).I didn’t see where the indoor pool was, apparently didn’t work. Sun loungers at beach in very bad condition, most of them broken. Hotel staff rude and unhelpful. Most of them don’t speak English, and the few who do speak are not interested in helping the guests with their issues. Bed very uncomfortable and we had back pain for the whole stay. Coffee served in mugs or glasses, all the time with wood sticks to stir. If there is something positive, this is the location of the hotel. We would not ever come back and I advise you stay anywhere else.
