Lifos Otel — Hotel in Kocasinan

I arrived into Kayseri on the train from Kars at 4 a.m., with no booking and too late to make one. So I booked this hotel for that night, hoping I might get an early check in (paid for, of course). When I asked the night manager, he first told me they were full, but then he said I could wait, one would be cleaned by 9. They have several comfortable chairs in the lobby. He went away and came back, said "wait a minute": he'd found me a room. He gave me quite a discount on the rate as well.

It seemed fully ready for use, the only thing absent was a cup - I grabbed one from the next room when the cleaners weren't looking. The room had everything I needed - a comfortable bed with lights above it, a desk and decent chair as well as a soft one to relax in. Bathroom was fine, wifi worked as it should, everything was clean. Once I closed the windows, traffic noise was no longer a problem. This hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point...

Merhaba 22 kasımda konaklama yapmış olduğum bu otel ile ilgili biraz yorumum olacak. İnternet üzerinden bulmuş olduğum bir oteldi. Fiyat performans olarak gerçekten büyük sıkıntıları olan bir yer. Resepsiyonda bulunan bayan arkadaş güler yüzlü bilmediğim bir şehirde bilgi almak için soru sorduğumda kibarca tarif etti yardımcı oldu. Otel odası gerçekten temiz değil hijyen takıntısı toz kir vs sıkıntısı olan için titiz değil. 7. Katta konaklama yaptığım odanın temizliği gerçekten berbattı. Sadece yatak düzeni yapılmış yer temizlik konusunda veya yanı başımızda bulunan sehpalar komidin üzerine ismimi yazabilirdim. Tv arkasında yerde bulunan toz yumağı yemin edebilirim ki birgünlük kir değildi. Abartısız bir şekilde en az 1 aylık birşeydi. Oraya bir koltuk koyduklarından dolayı odayı temizleyenin onu çekmediği çok belliydi. Yalandan odayı kirli bıraktık. O koltuğu ordan alıp farklı yere koyup yeri kirlettim temizlemeye gelen kişi görsün diye. Umarım görmüştür, o işletme sahibi olsam acil bir şekilde tüm odaları gezer kirliliğini görmek isterdim. Ve o çalışanları derhal uzaklaştırmak isterdim. Ben tekrar kayseriye geldiğimde buraya gelmek konaklama yapmayı düşünürdüm ama böyle bir olayda gelmeyi düşünmüyorum. Sabah kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi. Bir çok otelde kaldım orta yollu ama böyle güzel sunum hazırlayana az rastladım. Yinede herşey için teşekkürler bu yorumum sizlerin daha dikkatli olması içindi.
