Pros:|- Room (Soap, Shampoo, Shower gel available), generous amount of hangers in the wardrobe. Quite easy to use safe box. Decent storage options. No problems with the room key.)|- Mini-Bar refiled daily!|- Building itself quite elegant, kept tidy. Good location, close to Side town centre, shops etc.|- Good Wi-Fi coverage (Even on the Beach!).|- Surprisingly fast delivery when ordering food by the app.|- Great bakery and fresh bakery products. Loved Turkish Simit. Good food in the bar by the beach. Ice cream fridge available all the time.|- Most of the staff can communicate basic English which is great.|- Mostly exceptional staff (Bartenders, Waiters, Cleaning Staff, The Cooks, Security Staff).|- The Beach was quite lovely, nice sand (no stones).||Cons:|- On Arrival there is no greeting at all other then "Good Evening". Staff provided very little information. After long and tiring journey we were told we could eat at a la carte restaurant but no free alternative available.|- Room Side Sea View. The Sea was barley visible and quite far away, the room name is misleading and I do not recommend it. My advise is If you want to book a nice room take a high floor with a pool view/main building.|- Bad sleeping quality [noise]. The room was very noisy. Every evening there was late parties from surrounding hotels till at least midnight. Very early in the morning from like 4am there was lots of vehicle movement, Bin trucks, Deliveries to the hotel (trucks most of the time didn't even bother to turn off reversing beepers), Main door to the rooms doing lots of noise because of how they are designed.|- Bad sleeping quality [bed and sheets]. Low quality of bedsheets, mattress and especially duvet (very scratchy on the skin).|- While room was cleaned daily some surfaces and corners of the room weren't cleaned at all resulting in "dust bunnies" flying around the room.|- TV, the channels often didn't display properly and sometimes didn't work at all.|- 75 euro for 6h late check-out or 40 euro for 3h late check-out paid by cash, when we asked for a card payment they told us instead of 40 euro it will cost us 58 euro. Total rip-off. |- Reception staff okay, if you don't come to them with issues, otherwise dodgy.|- Raga Order App, sometimes it didn't work properly, missing meals, missing pictures or you order one dish and end up with two.|- App dishes were served on big plates but mostly degustation so expect 1/5 plate. |- Small choice in the buffet excluding cakes. Almost no seafood, basic choices like chicken breast often not available. Most of the desserts while looking nicely they taste of nothing.|- Getting something to drink in the main restaurant was long, sometimes felt ignored and had to chase the staff.|- Not enough staff to deal with a pile of dirty dishes. You order your food and then there is nowhere to put it. Missing napkins, cutlery, dirty tables, chairs without cushion (outside).|- Drinks are never the same, sometimes too much alcohol.|- Hotel only supplies 330ml small water bottles. No big bottles.|- Not enough sunbeds on the beach. Hotel says that it's forbidden to "reserve" a sunbed by leaving a towel, but it wasn't enforced at all and if you arrived late there would be no sunbeds available. |- Random people camping(even using hotels sunbeds in the evening) and using things like volleyball field on hotels private beach. They also kept leaving rubbish in sand/water which usually was cleaned next morning by hotel staff.|||We were attending 8th season opening at Raga Hotel. That night the main restaurant was closed so we were forced into attending the event. |We were struggling to find a free table. No buffet at all and little choice in terms of main courses. The staff didn't provide any information. Long wait for starters and no option to choose what you want except main course (2 or 3 choices). The main courses started to get delivered after 1h30min-2h but after 1h we were tired of waiting and left. That evening I skipped the dinner because the only other |alternative was an a la carte restaurant. That made me very disappointed. The reason I went for all-inclusive holiday was so I have a choice and don't have to pay any extra for the food and that night it wasn't delivered! It never happened to me in any other hotel.|The event itself had some strong moments like pool show dancing, ladies band from Africa and Overall decorations.|||Overall the hotel was decent, guests from every corner of Europe with majority from Germany. Not sure If I would be back at this hotel anytime soon. It wasn't bad but also wasn't exceptionally good. That's why my overall rate would be...

We used this page before we came and found it so helpful, so we thought we would post our review:||We arrived on the 26th of July, and the moment we stepped out of Antalya Airport the heat hit us—you instantly knew you were on holiday! Thankfully, our private transfer was waiting right outside.||When we arrived at the Raga Side, the staff were there to meet us right at the entrance and kindly took our cases. Check-in was quick and smooth, just as you’d hope after a long journey. I had emailed in advance about upgrading to a suite with a jacuzzi bath, and it was all arranged without any hassle. We were absolutely glad we chose the suite—the extra space made such a difference and was perfect for us.||The food was amazing (and my waistline knows it!). At every sitting there were always options on the app to order freshly cooked dishes served directly at the table. Alongside this, there were plenty of additional buffet choices, so there was never a shortage of variety. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented.||In the evenings, there was even more choice with a noodle station, pasta station, and BBQ. I didn’t get around to trying the pasta station (though it looked fab!), but the noodles quickly became one of my favourites. No complaints at all about the food—we were spoiled for choice throughout our stay.||The staff in the restaurant were just fabulous. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. I didn’t take note of any names (I felt rude staring at their badges), but honestly every single member of staff we encountered was great—professional, friendly, and a real credit to the hotel.||The drinks were the only part that left me feeling a little let down at first. The wine was a bit of a shock on the first try, though after a few glasses it did grow on me! The gin and tonics were okay, and the beer was actually very good. What we later realised is that if you ask for branded spirits, they are available at the lobby bar—so that’s on us, as the drinks experience would probably have been much better had we asked.||The pool area was very nice. There was a hint of sunbeds being taken early in the morning, but I’m an early riser and was usually downstairs around 7am. I’d grab a coffee and read on my Kindle until breakfast. On days when we were out of the hotel and returned mid-afternoon, we still managed to find sunbeds without any trouble.||Entertainment wasn’t something we really focused on. To be fair, it was extremely hot, especially during the first week, and the humidity was very high. Our evenings usually consisted of dinner, maybe a wander down to the seafront to grab a drink in a bar, and then a walk back. Simple and relaxing was perfect for us.||The room itself was amazing, and the jacuzzi bath was perfect for cooling down after a hot day. Most evenings we’d grab a drink at the bar, take it up with us, and spend half an hour in the jacuzzi to relax and refresh—what a treat!||Our cleaner was just amazing. She left lots of lovely towel art and was always so smiley and friendly. They work so hard, so we made sure she was tipped each week we were there. Such a lovely lady!||The location is perfect. There are some lovely little shops and bars before you hit the seafront. If you turn left along the seafront, there’s a cluster of music bars and restaurants—we visited a few on different evenings. There’s also a bar near the hotel called The Sunkiss. We went there on Sunday for the Ladies Euro Finals—what a lovely bar, extremely friendly and welcoming.||The Old Town is a must-see. Grab a taxi—it’s only about 10 euros—and spend an evening exploring. We did this a few times and then walked back along the seafront. The shops and restaurants there are great and well worth a visit.||Would we revisit The Raga Side? Absolutely. We wouldn’t return for our main two-week holiday again, as we always like to explore different destinations, but we would definitely visit during either the May or October half term—yes, I work in education! This hotel is lovely, you can see they truly appreciate their guests, and it’s a fantastic spot for a relaxing, sunny break with excellent food, friendly staff, and a great location.||Please ensure you do the A la carte 15 course meal. It was fabulous. We didn’t do the other one as I was unwell the day we booked for but our friends went and said was amazing. ||Please feel free to ask any questions — it is so difficult when writing a review, and I’d be happy to provide...

As a 22-year-old from the UK, I recently stayed at the Raga Side Hotel for 10 days — and while there were a few highlights, overall, I left extremely disappointed.||⭐ Staff – 5/5||The one redeeming quality of this hotel is its incredible staff, especially at the bars. They were friendly, attentive, and often brought drinks directly to our table without needing to use the app. Housekeepers were also fantastic, always keeping the rooms spotless and restocking essentials like towels, coffee, and tea. Their hard work truly stood out and made parts of the stay more comfortable.||📱 Hotel App – 2.5/5||The hotel heavily depends on an app for ordering food and drinks, especially at the Guitar Pool Bar. While the idea is convenient in theory, in practice it was inconsistent. The app frequently crashed or failed to process orders correctly, and many available food items (like cakes) weren’t listed. It’s a great idea, but poorly executed.||🍹 Drinks – 3/5||The coffee and draught soft drinks were decent, but cocktails were disappointing — tasting very similar, quite bitter, and lacking sweetness. The mojito was the only one worth recommending. Also, water only comes in small 330ml bottles, which felt stingy in the heat.||🍽 Food – 3.5/5 (with serious warnings)||This was one of the biggest letdowns of our trip. The buffet was lacklustre with limited hot food options, though salads, fruit, and veggies were okay.||But my biggest issue — and why I would never return — is the handling of allergens. As someone with nut allergies, I was horrified to find multiple menu inaccuracies, both at the buffet and on the app. Items were either mislabeled or missing allergen information entirely. One dish listed milk and wheat but not nuts — only for me to later find out it did contain nuts. If I hadn’t been cautious, I could’ve had a life-threatening reaction. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone with allergies to avoid this hotel entirely.||The Asian and pasta food trucks near the main restaurant were much better and did not use nuts (only sesame seeds), which was a relief. We also had a great experience at the Mediterranean à la carte restaurant — the lamb chops and venison were delicious, cooked in front of us, and served sizzling on a hot grill. However, the service deteriorated as the stay went on — ignored tables, long waits for cleared dishes, and delayed app orders added to the frustration.||There’s also a small beach restaurant down the road which had great food and evening entertainment — definitely worth checking out if you stay.||📍 Location – 4/5||The hotel is in a decent spot — about 15–20 minutes from Side Old Town, with easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach area is private, but quite small considering the number of guests.||🧼 Cleanliness & Rooms – 3.5/5||Our room was clean and comfortable at first, with daily towel changes and friendly housekeeping. We had a standard double room with a road view, which wasn’t ideal but manageable. However, cleanliness in common areas dropped off during our stay — dirty tables and reused glassware started to become common.||Many guests also complained about being asked to pay for upgrades after not receiving the room or view they originally booked.||🎤 Entertainment – 4/5||Entertainment was surprisingly good! We enjoyed a Michael Jackson tribute, Latin dancing, karaoke, and even a hotel anniversary event with a stunning multi-course dinner — 10/10 for that night. Just beware of the reps pushing nightclub wristbands (€15) — not worth it for most people.||❌ Final Verdict: 2/5||While the staff and entertainment were strong points, the disappointment in food quality, safety concerns with allergens, limited beach space, and inconsistent service made this far from a 5-star experience.||The hotel’s over-reliance on a glitchy app, the lack of allergy-safe food practices, and the declining standards over the course of our stay left me with a sour taste — literally and figuratively.||I would not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone with food allergies or expecting a high-end, stress-free holiday. It has potential, but right now, it's not delivering the quality...

My fiancé and I booked The Raga Side for a 7 night stay and have fairly mixed feelings regarding our stay. Cons: - Hotel arrival - Whilst we were met with a bell hop who assisted with our luggage into main reception we then stood by the desk for several minutes without any acknowledgment from the reception staff. There were x2 receptionists one who was dealing with what looked like a frustrated guest and another showing little to no interest in their job. The bell hop kindly offered us a drink and had us sit in the chairs waiting to be checked in, the check in process wasn’t very smooth and the receptionist was quite rude - on several occasions trying to offer (push) an upgraded room onto us at a ‘special price’. When I politely declined he turned to my partner and continued to push stating that ‘he would make the decision’. Reception staff were not friendly or welcoming, we shouldn’t have to stand and wait to be acknowledged in a quiet reception for 10 minutes. We also felt as if the receptionist didn’t fully explain the hotels offerings, we were given a print out and swiftly handed back over to the bell hop to show us to our room. - Service - the language barrier between English guests and Turkish staff was strong. The ‘al a carte restaurant’ staff were not very attentive as this is one of the only areas you cannot order drinks via an app it was often difficult to catch the attention of staff and sometimes we felt ignored. One particular staff member would often go round at several points of the day trying to swap out their euro coins for notes which was fine until you’d been asked over x3 times in one day - it appeared unprofessional and unnecessary. Staff appeared to favour German guests (perhaps they tip better) as a result we were often overlooked as a table of two for a table of x5+ adults and didn’t feel as if any waiter made a positive impact on our stay. - Quality - the quality of food, drinks, linen and comfort throughout the hotel varies. Food lacked flavour/seasoning. Drinks were often more alcohol than soft or more soft than alcohol. Linen was scratchy, towels and sheets were not fluffy and some looked a little worse for wear with visible signs of tears or fraying. Our toilet bin had no pedestal to open it - a simple sharp metal wire to push down onto open the lid (not ideal). Whilst the aesthetic of the hotel looked nice the quality was not there throughout. - Advertisement - The Raga Side appears to have some kind of advertisement deal with ‘Cleopatra Ink’ a tattoo shop with multiple facilities supposedly across the world. Every day without fail a local called Martin would come through the resort and try to talk you into a tattoo, to visit his shop and to get a free design. Now whilst we appreciated the man has a business and was trying to seek new custom he would relentlessly look to speak with every guest often twice daily which when you’d said no already or not right now it was often shaken off. Pros: - Location - The Raga Side hotel is located in a tidy/welcoming area and is a very short walk to the local beach front. The beach is lovely and tidy and there is a partition to separate guests from other hotels that stretches into the sea which has a nice exclusive feel. There are many stalls, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. - Entertainment & Guest relations team - staff working in entertainment and guest relations were friendly, chatty and overall a delight to interact with. -App - the hotel has an app and QR codes visible throughout your stay. It was really easy to order food & drink by scanning a QR at your table or sun lounger. Whilst the app wasn’t without its hiccups (ordering and not receiving so you had to order twice on occasion), it was handy to have and worked fine for us but we did overhear other guests struggling especially when the WiFi went down. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and would rate it a 3.5/5. The reason for this being that not all staff made us feel welcome/valued and overall it was overrated.

Arrived at the hotel to nothing really. No champagne, Prosecco or even a soft drink considering it is a five star luxury hotel. Have been to many 5 stars and have always been greeted with a welcome drink. The rooms are ok but the air con is hit and miss. Sometimes it will stay on for a while and then just turn its self off leaving you waking up in the early hours in a puddle of sweat. The app for ordering food and drink in principle seems good but is seriously lacking. Firstly it is hit and miss if you get your food or drink and secondly it isn’t updated with stock availability meaning you can order a drink and go to the bar 20 minutes later to be told they don’t have it which is why it never arrived. The pool is ok but beyond boring. We enjoyed the live music from the hotel next door as at The Raga you sit in absolute silence. There isn’t even a hint of music playing around the pool. Lots of broken umbrellas around the pool, drink cups left from the night before and very old looking saggy sun loungers in places. The onsite shop is very good and very well priced. The man who is there is very helpful and welcoming. The main town is about a 15 min walk obviously depending on fitness it is easy to get to. The shops in town are good and the historic sites are amazing to visit. The staff are lovely, well some of them. The trainees seem to be kids who really don’t want to be there a bit like forced labour and I understand some people can be horrible to them but when you say thank you or hello they just look at you like they don’t want to be there. There were a couple of very good staff. Belma in the restaurant does the work of 20 others to be fair to her and she doesn’t stop. There was also a man on the pool bar didn’t see his name but he is very helpful and will always pop past to collect you glass and offer you another drink. I would visit side again but I’m not sure I would book The Raga again which is a shame as there are other hotels I would happily go back to time after time.

Zachęceni dobrymi opiniami, spędziliśmy wakacje w The Raga Side. Aplikacja The Raga Side. Jedzenie. Śniadania podawane w formie bufetu i a’la carte (dania na ciepło). Każdego dnia to samo, więc bez elementu zaskoczenia. Z kolei druga część nieprzyjemna i chamska. Brudne drzwi wejściowe do pokoju, okno zatłuszczone - nieumyte.
