First, the pros: tasty food, good location—a few hundred meters to the sea, 5-10 minutes to the hotel beach, close to the old town, lots of greenery. On the beach, there was a 30-minute service twice a day with coffee, water, watermelon, and some cookies. Cons: The rooms we were given had an exit from the "balcony" onto a fence, and behind it were chickens, ducks, and a ton of mosquitoes—my child was bitten badly. There were ants in the room and often in the bed. The ants and mosquitoes were reported to the hotel staff, and a disinfection was supposedly carried out—it didn't help at all. It seems to me that they just vacuumed up the ants and new ones came, they didn't even bother with the mosquitoes. The rooms were very poor, probably last renovated 15 years ago. There were quite a few cobwebs in the room: above the door, in the recess next to the wardrobe. The floor was so slanted that the wardrobe couldn't be closed. In the bathroom, all the gaps were sloppily filled with silicone, the toilet flush often leaked, and the shower water was fine for 10 seconds, then scalding hot for 5 seconds. The air conditioner looked like it was from the last century, it was so yellowed. In the second room, the air conditioning was constantly dripping, which was of course reported and "fixed"—with no improvement. When reporting the issues, I asked for a room change—to no avail. Poles were treated completely differently than guests from Germany. The staff would jump to serve the Germans, while they treated us OK, but the difference in service was very noticeable. The animations for children were weak, just a few minutes in the evening. People were smoking everywhere—at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You couldn't eat normally in the stench; there were no non-smoking zones. At the pool, despite a ban on reserving sunbeds, everything was constantly occupied by towels. On the beach, you couldn't get a sunbed closer to the sea than the 4th row because the man managing that part of the beach reserved the front spots with his own towels and made them available for a fee, which was not mentioned anywhere. The last straw was when my child stained the bedsheet with markers twice. While I agree with the first instance and paid for it because it was heavily scribbled on (€20—a gross exaggeration for a sheet from a country known for textiles), upon checkout, they demanded another €10 for a small stain. They didn't even try to wash the sheet, just immediately charged us. The man at the reception (a tall, large guy) was very unpleasant and rude. The rest of the staff was nice. Some of the staff had a very poor knowledge of any foreign language other than German. I do not recommend.

We flew on vacation to Turkey on September 18, 2021. The place of our location was chosen the city of Side. We stayed at the Sun Club Side hotel, which will actually be discussed. I try to objectively assess, but be that as it may, this is my subjective opinion and observation about our vacation. Maybe this information will be useful to someone. And so, I really liked the hotel! Its location to the sea, to the sights of the city, which were within walking distance, could not but rejoice. Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day pretty good for resort hotels. The food is excellent, the variety of dishes was a pleasant surprise! These are meat and fish dishes (there was fish every day), chicken, turkey. I won't even write about vegetable dishes, since they were different and the range was simply amazing !! Fruits have always been, and what gorgeous desserts !! Many thanks to the chef and his team for this gastronomic feast that lasted all the days of our stay. The service of the restaurant was not always excellent, but overall 4 out of 5. And lastly, about the sad ... how we were greeted on the first day at the reception. The young man who stood behind the reception desk (I suppose it was the manager of the front office.) So, I have never seen such a "meeting", such a revolting, not friendly attitude !! To our request for a room on the second floor, he categorically replied that there were no vacant rooms (although after us a couple was placed on the second floor). The next day we came up again with our request, but the answer was the same in the form of an ultimatum. Therefore, I highly recommend the hotel management to pay attention to the work of the front office staff, as the first impression depends on this !! And nevertheless, if we omit this unpleasant moment, the hotel is good and I will definitely recommend it to my friends to visit.

This hotel left controversial impressions. Food is ok. Bar and bartenders are awful (almost nobody of them don`t know what it is a lemonade, only instant coffee from machines). Rooms and territory are very clean. But to change your towel you should pay €0.5 per one. During a week we had only 2 times new bottles with water - in reception they say, that we should go to cooler and refill old bottles... IT`S THEIR CONCEPTION! In restaurant staff is friendly mostly with adult and old germans. Good thing is that it is situated only few min of walk from the beach. I don`t think that I`ll visit it again.

I am generally satisfied, let me state this first. If we explain my experience to those who do research with positive and negative situations:||- ETS employee did not call and was not interested. Normally this is not the case, I guess they left a child again. The hotel is a 3-star 5-star hotel, but to tell the truth, it cannot exceed 4.||||Employees Status:||- Wish lady welcomes you at the entrance and I congratulate you very carefully about the virus. He is also very helpful.||- Food and Beverage department, unfortunately, is not very positive, there are very few employees, so they do not pay much attention to the virus issue. They are extremely tired and cannot take care of the customers.||||About Eating and Drinking:||Food is very small and medium quality. There is almost no variety. I don't know that part since we don't drink alcohol, but non-alcoholic ones are terribly bad. It tastes very different as if the tonic was added. Since the juice is powdered, it would be best not to drink it. Since the ice cream time is between 4: 00-4: 30, what logic does it fit to refuse that ice cream from a small child as a result of 1 child asking for ice cream outside the time interval since most of them missed it? You were going to give it between those hours anyway, can you tell what changed when it was 5?||||Beach and Sea - Pool and Garden:||You may forget that you are on holiday because the beach is sooo far away. An area in the public beach belongs to you, but as the service is not working for 0 "zero" 30 minutes, the children are dehydrated, there is no WC anyway, the shower is very bad, there is a locker and a locker inside, hot water. Mr. Mehmet came, it was an awkward weekend, who does not know the number of his employee. Umbrellas stay in the small sun, you have to tug at all times. The sea water is warm, less salty and there are tiny fish in it. The sand is really nice, neither in Muğla nor in Izmir, so there is no such beach in the Aegean or the Black Sea.||The pool is clean but I wish it was refreshed every morning.||||Rooms and Cleaning:||Rooms pass a lot of noise. You are the voices of all outdoor workers and businesses. The sounds in the next rooms are very low, but you can even hear the rumors of the employees who dress or clean up outside and upstairs :) The cabinets should still work even when the electricity is cut off.||||Other Facilities and Suggestions: The show was nice even if it was an amateur. Although the bathhouse and its staff are separate from the hotel, there is a passage from inside, but I did not like it catastrophically. Employees work on a lot of trouble on the dollar, but there is no change in time or work, like comedy. In short, theological services are arranged for strangers, not for us. I'm sorry but I can't give 5 stars after that treatment of the little boy. Let the children stay on the beach for 30 minutes, keep the kids thirsty and see 1 ice cream a lot. Sorry, but this child does not even go to a small school, he needs to be treated accordingly. If you do not have enough staff, reduce your very simple managers to do, get staff to...
