in reply to owners response i think the photos speak for themselves dont you ? Just to say once you have read my review please check out the photos i have attatched to the review its my proof of everything i have said i wouldnt want anyone having a holiday in that place.

Upon arriving a taxi driver told me not to walk around the hotel area alone at night as it wasn't safe after i asked if he knew if any restaurants would still be open this was confirmed when booking by staff who said to leave my key at reception when going out because if i get mugged its known they steal your keys and raid your room. Then the room dirty is a good word a king-size mattress on a double bed and lumpy a hair dryer wired directly into the wall with no way to disconnect it if needed wires coming out the top of the electric shower and disappearing into the ceiling oh and breakfast they said they would have a menu for gluten free i asked it never appeared so i tried the very limited buffet on the second morning the eggs were green and black in colour around the yokes and there was nothing else i could have on this buffet oh and don't rely on an early morning wake up call i asked for one for my first morning good job i woke up myself because the receptionist was still sat in his chair and looked blank at me as i walked past oh uhm then toilet rolls and towels and sheets i had to ask for anything i wanted refreshed also i came down in the morning about 9.30 to grab a coffee which is meant to ha e 24 hour availability only to find there was no milk and when i asked they just confirmed that there was none but didnt offer to go sort this out this hotel is a disaster I've stayed at much nicer international hostels that also felt safer than this place oh and all the photos they have up notice all the fancy lighting its there for a reason look closer at the photos to see how basic the rooms are the lighting helps hide this and the dirt and also i believe as im into photography they used a wide angle lense to take most of the photos to make everything appear bigger this hotel in my opinion is deception and nothing more

Where these 5 star reviews come from I would never know. Needs a lot of care this hotel mold in bathroom. Paper cups, kettle doesn't fit under the taps to fill, not had a good clean in a good while seems like clean the main areas but not behind the loo pictures in the halls etc We have paper slippers under the bed left from other guests god know when as that doesn't look like it's been cleaned for a while. I have someone elses hair in the mattress that I can see through the sheet on the bed. Wood has been chipped away, looks like toothbrushing stains all over the bathroom door and frame. Towels very rough. There is like a metal bolt sticking out the entrance from the shower. No milk. Breakfast is what they class as a traditional Turkish breakfast. The doors don't close unless you bang them closed. There is gaps under and above all doors where they don't meet the door frames. Noise from next door rooms and rooms opposite is dreadful. We have had different people next door apparently that had been moved from a different floor because of the noise they were making. We have had kids running wild knocking (banging) on doors. We had someone at 1am taking a phone call in the corridor walking up and down past rooms. We can literally hear everything everyone is doing and saying. Not recommended at all. No water when we woke up one morning. When we did raise this with staff they did phone up to the rooms but what was disappointing was when we went down to complain one of the days you could actually here all the banging in reception and they didn't take it upon themselves to investigate what was going on that had been going on for a good 5 mins before we went to complain. We have a view from our 1 window of a neighbouring flat/apartment so our curtains remain shut as it is uncomfortable to...

Will not stay there nor recommend to anyone to stay there.they are extremely rude and unprofessional.this hotel is not even 1 star do not fall from pictures from advertisement. |The night we checked it there are so many red flags so many issues i came cross all pictures i have taken and made video. We are about to get electricuted by the short-circuit iron given to us. Iron went on fire and fire and smoke coming out of it.we jad to evacuate the room.
