I want everyone thinking about staying here to read my review because it was a complete nightmare in every way:
The room we booked and paid for on Booking.com doesn’t exist. It’s a scam. We were given a replacement room that was beyond awful—just look at the photos. The first photo shows what we were supposed to get. It was too late to cancel or find another option, so we were stuck. The room was filthy and absolutely disgusting. Hygiene doesn’t exist there. The plumbing was broken—water poured straight onto the floor when you washed your hands. The entire room stank of cigarette smoke. All our belongings were soaked in the smell, and one of us is allergic. It was unbearable. There wasn’t even a single place to put our belongings—not that anyone would want to leave their stuff in such a disgusting room. No drinking water was provided. The room was by the entrance, and the guard blasted his TV all night long. I could go on forever, but the photos say it all.
I will be filing a complaint with Booking.com about how they allow such scams to happen.
I hope you read this and stay as far away from this place...
Read moreFor a budget stay, one could not expect much. With that said, there are numerous things the hotel could have implemented to make the guest experience a lot better without it costing them that much extra. Examples include: Actually provide toilet paper for the public and private bathrooms Improve the floor drainage in the bathrooms so that water does not pool up Install soap/shampoo dispensers into the walls (the shampoo they provide are incredibly small in quantity) On hot summer days, ensure that the air-conditioning is working and running before the guests check-in (I managed to get mine running the day after arriving when I removed the front panel and pressed the button underneath)
Nevertheless, it was a decent experience overall, the receptionists were friendly (although it would help if they could understand English). If you want a luxury vacation, this hotel is not for you. On the other hand, if you are prepared to make cutbacks in order to enjoy a budget stay, then this place is alright, considering that free WiFi (just ask the receptionist to enter the password) and air-con (in my case anyway)...

We made a reservation through Booking.com, and based on the photos, the hotel looked decent. We were only staying for two nights, so I wasn’t expecting luxury, just something clean and basic. Unfortunately, what we found on arrival was a complete nightmare.
The place was filthy. The rooms were dirty, the fans were covered in thick mold and dust, the curtains were torn, and the beds and sheets had visible stains. The shared bathroom was moldy, and the water came out in a thin trickle. We had booked a double room with a shared bathroom, but the rest of the rooms (which seemed to be dorms) had their doors wide open, with random men lying on the beds shirtless with their bellies out – it felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
I wouldn’t even call it a hotel – it looked more like a rundown workers’ dormitory. After just 10 minutes, we decided there was no way we could stay there and immediately booked something else. Unfortunately, our booking was non-refundable, but I wouldn’t have stayed there even if they paid me.
