we went here twice first time was great food with great service young chap very polite attendings us good english and explained everything great, second time tho the young man was busy with other tables and another man older with glasses served us and was not very interested, we ask for a mix platter for 1 but to share as we was not that hungry and the man said multiple times bit its only for one you need 2 we insisted that 1 was enough finally he got the msg, we also asked to change the rice for chips he said yea yea kinda as if just wanted to end the conversation, then he ask what we wanted to drink and we said 1 sprite for both of us and he said yea yea again, when the food came it had no rice and no chips, also we saw the waiter give free dish of pickled veg which did not arrive at our table, then he bought 2 bottles of sprite over half way through meal, we said we only order one so he took one away, we tried to get his attention to ask about the chips to no avail, by the end of the meal the other young waiter came over to see if everything was okay and we said we missing the chips, he then bought us the chips over after finishing the meal 5 min ago, then when we went to pay on the bill was 2 sprites even tho we had one and extra chips we said no we only order one and the chips we swapped for the rice, he only took of the extra sprite and left the chips on, okay i wil pay it im on holiday no biggie, the food is good but prices are high, u can eat same food same price in london. Visiting a restaurant should be an enjoyable experience, where good food and excellent service go hand in hand. Unfortunately, our evening here was anything but successful.
I ordered a döner kebab, expecting it to be fresh since it cost 20 euros. Instead, I received small, thin, and overgrilled pieces of meat, grilled on a griddle. Although the portion was supposed to weigh 200 grams, it felt insufficient and certainly wouldn’t have been enough for two people. When I expressed my disappointment, I was given another kebab dish, this time specifically requested to be fresh. The result? The same dry pieces, now drenched in fat.
We were a larger group of nine people and had been promised a few complimentary appetizers. To our surprise, this was revoked at payment – suddenly, we had to pay for it. Drinks were served without glasses, meaning we had to drink directly from the bottle or can using a straw.
Additionally, we ordered a mixed kebab for 42 euros, a dish that sounded promising but arrived burnt and with dry meat. To make matters worse, the bill included a charge for water, even though we had never ordered it.
In summary, our visit was a true disappointment. The food did not meet expectations, the service was confusing, and the lack of transparency regarding prices and offers made the whole experience uncomfortable. A restaurant is more than just food – it is about feeling well taken care of. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed to deliver on...
Read moreI honestly don’t have enough words to describe how special this restaurant is to me. During my 6-day trip to Antalya, I discovered this little gem right next to my hotel, and from the very first moment, I felt like I was walking into a second home. The staff welcomed me with so much warmth and kindness that I instantly felt comfortable.
I ended up going there every single day because of how wonderful the atmosphere and people were. What touched me the most was how they treated me not just as a guest, but like family. During my trip, I got sick, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond to prepare a special tea for me something not even on their menu just to help me feel better. That gesture meant the world to me.
This restaurant became one of the highlights of my entire trip. The food is excellent, but what makes it truly unforgettable is the genuine love, care, and hospitality the staff show. They turned what could have been just another trip into an experience filled with warmth and beautiful memories.
Leaving Antalya was honestly bittersweet for me because saying goodbye to this place and these amazing people was so hard. This restaurant will always hold a very special place in my heart, and I can’t wait for the day I return.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Antalya you won’t just find great food here, you’ll find a home...
