Mira Inn Lara — Hotel in Muratpaşa

I am beyond grateful to share my experience staying at Nuca Inn. I came to Turkey for surgery, which was a deeply personal and intense experience for me, and the staff here truly went above and beyond to support me during my stay.

One particular staff member who works the night shift deserves special recognition. From the moment I arrived, he ensured I had a quiet and comfortable room, helped me figure out the hot water for my shower, and was incredibly responsive to all my requests. However, it was his actions during an especially difficult moment that I will never forget.

On the night of November 13th going into the 14th, I had just undergone surgery and experienced a severe panic attack around 5 a.m. After struggling to sleep, I attempted to use my phone, but all the settings had somehow switched to Turkish, making it impossible for me to navigate. Already overwhelmed, this added to my panic. Desperate for help, I went downstairs, and this incredible young man was there. He gently guided me outside, brought me water, and patiently helped reset the settings on my phone—all while calming me down as I tried to slow my breathing and heart rate. His kindness and professionalism were nothing short of extraordinary, and I hope he is recognized by management for being an outstanding employee and an incredible human being. He truly deserves a promotion or a raise.

Overall, my stay at Nuca Inn was wonderful. Despite the intensity of my surgery and recovery, (which went wonderful and was successful) the staff, location, and amenities made my experience so much better. The hotel is in a spectacular location, just blocks from the water and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel’s own restaurant serves amazing food, and the blackout curtains in my room were perfect for rest and recovery.

Even when I had difficulty communicating after surgery, the staff were incredibly patient and kind. At one point, I needed food to take my medication but struggled to express what I needed. The same kind man not only helped me but also personally walked me back to my room and delivered my food. Their attentiveness and compassion meant the world to me.

Thank you, Nuca Inn, for your incredible hospitality.I am forever grateful for the kindness and care I received. For light sleepers, I suggest bringing a white noise machine, but otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely hope this review reaches the manager or owner so that the exceptional night-shift staff member can be recognized for his unparalleled service...

A Total Nightmare – Avoid Nuca Homes at All Costs! 🛑I rarely write reviews, but I can’t let anyone go through what I did here. Nuca Homes deserves a wide berth.Conditions Were AppallingThe unit smelled of damp and mildew the moment we opened the door—and not in a quaint, “vintage cottage” way. It was outright moldy. The carpets looked like they hadn’t seen a vacuum in months. Dust-coated surfaces, grimy baseboards, and even weird gunk on the walls—this was not a home, it was a horror scene.Impossible to Relax or SleepThin walls mean you hear everything: loud arguments next door, the clattering of dishes at all hours, and footsteps above us like someone was practicing a drumline. The bed was so saggy I feared I’d collapse through it, and the pillows were stained and smelled funky.👎 Zero Cleanliness StandardsThe kitchen was beyond disgusting—sticky countertops, caked-on food in the microwave, and cutlery that looked more like relics than utensils. The bathroom had hair clumps in the drain, a showerhead that sprayed in all directions except where necessary, and towels so thin they might as well be handkerchiefs.Unresponsive, Even Rude OwnersWhen we reached out about the mess and noise, we were met with defensive, dismissive attitude—no apology, no concern, not even the slightest offer to help or compensate. One owner even snapped at us when we politely requested replacements for the towels. It felt like our complaints offended them.Location Is Far From IdealFar from being in a charming neighborhood, we found ourselves in a sketchy area. Trash on the sidewalks, empty lots with strange groups loitering, and streetlights that barely worked at night. We didn’t feel safe stepping out after sunset.👎 Final VerdictIf there was an option for negative stars, Nuca Homes would get them. It’s dirty, loud, unsafe, and run by people who apparently don’t care if their guests suffer. My advice? Save your money and sanity—book literally...

Fantastic Stay at Nuca Hotel – Amazing Staff!

We just spent five nights at Nuca Hotel in Antalya while my partner underwent cosmetic dental work at Dentature, which is only a one-minute walk away. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hotel itself was spotless.

Initially, we were assigned a twin room, but after a quick chat with reception, they immediately switched us to a king-size room without any hassle. The room was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team, especially Karina—the superstar of the establishment! Her positive energy and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and the team, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home.

If you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with outstanding service, Nuca Hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!
