Mövenpick Hotel and Thermal Spa Bursa — Hotel in Osmangazi

We stayed at movenpick Bursa for a little over 2 weeks in their premium room as a family of 3 (2 adults and an infant). We had an overall exceptional experience at the hotel and here’s a little detail of why:

Staff and hospitality: the staff are extremely professional and kind. Everyone from the entrance, reception, housekeeping, room service and restaurant. They reflected Turkish hospitality beautifully in all of our encounters. We had specific needs as a family staying at the hotel and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would like to send my regards to Mr Askin and Mr Mehmet for their help and service. Also my sincerest apologies to the rest of the staff for not knowing everyone’s name, the entire team were great!

The room: we stayed at the premium room, the size & layout of the room were perfect for a family with a child and a lot of belongings. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and never felt restricted by the space.

The cleanliness: the housekeeping service was good and they help reschedule the service based on our availability.

The breakfast: a wide range of food as provided daily at the restaurant, the chefs and kitchen staff as well as the servers made sure all the guests were attended and that the buffet was never out of stock.

The restaurant/ room service: during our stay we ordered almost daily from the room service menu. The food was always delivered warm and without delay. There’s a reasonable variety of food and everything was very delicious. The prices, quality and portions are also very good.

The wifi: we had no problems accessing the internet during our stay and we’re able to stay connected for work easily

Price of stay: we usually book through the Accor website and get good offers for the stay as members

Overall : Bursa is such a beautiful and special city, its people are extremely kind, generous and welcoming. We had an amazing experience at the hotel and highly recommended venue especially for families. Would definitely choose this hotel again if we were to visit in the future InshaAllah.

The amenities are thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained. Soundproofing is good, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. • Spa & Thermal Facilities: The thermal spa is one of the highlights—clean, relaxing, and well-organized. It’s a unique experience to enjoy natural hot spring water in such a well-designed environment. • Restaurant & Dining: The in-house restaurant offers delicious and well-presented meals. Breakfast is rich in options with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Dining with a view of the city adds to the experience. • Parking & Accessibility: The valet parking service is complimentary and efficient, which adds comfort to the stay. Easy drop-off and pickup right at the entrance. • Value for Money: Prices are reasonable and well-justified by the level of service and comfort provided. It’s a great value considering the facilities and premium experience.

When we arrived at the hotel, Ms. Ceyda welcomed us at the reception. With her amazing smile, she made us feel like we had arrived home. Prior to our arrival, I had sent an email explaining that I have a severe dust and mite allergy and kindly requested all decorative pillows, throws, and rugs to be removed from the room if present. During check-in, Ms. Ceyda informed me that, based on my email, the room had been thoroughly cleaned, and no items that could collect dust had been left. When I walked into the room, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Trust me, I am a very clean person, but I think this hotel room was even cleaner than my own house! The room smelled so fresh and clean, which was a perfect start to our stay.||Later, we ordered room service, and it was delivered promptly by a cheerful and efficient team.||Afterward, I decided to visit the spa for a traditional hammam experience. As a Turkish woman who has been visiting traditional Turkish baths with her mother for years, I’m usually not a fan of hammam services in five-star hotels. I believe the Turkish hammam is a magnificent cultural mosaic that doesn’t align with the luxury and glitter often added in hotel settings. However, Mövenpick Hotel Bursa has completely changed my perspective. This was the best hammam service I’ve ever received in my life. Ms. Sari was incredibly kind and professional. She even washed and conditioned my hair, which is a service I’ve never experienced in any hammam before. When I left the spa, I felt like a baby—relaxed and refreshed.||This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars, and even more!
