I would have given 5 stars because I absolutely loveee the food but the deducted one star is due to the terrible service. We stayed 3 nights at the Movenpick hotel where the restaurant was located. We dined there for dinner twice.
On our last night that we dined there (14th November @ around 19.30), there was only one server. He was absolutely cold, definitely someone who shouldn't be interacting with guests. No smiles, no polite words, just grumpy and rude. He took our orders and just placed the dishes on our table and walked off. There was no 'Enjoy your meal' or anything. In fact we were the ones being nice and polite to him as though he was the guest. With this restaurant being supposedly fancy and located at a 5 star hotel, I would have thought the staff would be trained and highly professional. It felt like we were dining at some cafe with a staff who didn't want to be there.
Later on, a lady and a male server came (probably it was their shift already) and took over with their smiles and positive demeanor and we immediately felt relaxed and enjoyed the rest of the short evening.
I have to say the food is splendid. It was perfection. However, the staff matter too as they are the face of the restaurant and hotel and are the representatives. They are capable of making a guest's experience...
Read more5 stars for everything! If you are looking for a true culinary experience in Bursa, then come here. Every dish we ordered was delicious and full of flavor. Their menu has a variety of Italian cuisine. I was surprised to see how many starters they have, but i highly recommend ordering at least 3 of them because they are so good!!! The interior decor is classy, and the atmosphere is upscale. Thinking where to go for an intimate birthday or anniversary dinner???...
